Went to JJ today. A Saturday. Do not go on a weekend. They were in there chatting up a storm. In sweat pants, I’d assume that were worn the night before. To forever. Missing ingredients. Wrap wasn’t wrapped. The staff was dog water. I eat here through the week and it’s done right. Bunch of lazy bums.

Absolute worst service you could get. Ordered at 11:15. Hour went by. Order still hadn’t been delivered, yet received two calls from the location but did not leave a message. Brought my coworkers order 15min later. Stated that they had no idea about my order and that it wasn’t in their system. Delivery driver “looked” in their car for my order. Finally got ahold of the location after 20 calls. Was told that MY order was undeliverable, despite being in the parking lot of a DENTAL OFFICE. A BUSINESS. Then proceeded to say, “what do you want me to do about it?” Refund has not gone through, and sub has not been delivered. Absolutely bonkers.

Our food and drinks reaked of smoke from the delivery driver. The last 3/4 deliveries from this location has had the same issue. The bread on my sandwich had burnt crust. They should've thrown this loaf away instead of serving to customers.

Trash environment and rude boss I'm glad I didn't spend my money here.
Do NOT expect great service at this location. I attempted to order a tuna sub today in their drive-thru. When I requested to add mayo I was aggressively asked if I truly wanted to add this condiment as the tuna is made with mayo...ummm, sir- I'm pretty sure I know how I like my food and I'm aware that tuna is made worth mayo. That was my sign to go somewhere else for lunch as i no longer trusted the integrity of the food.I ended up at Subway with a great sub and service. I was not questioned when I requested to add mayo to my tuna sub. #subwayoverjimmyjohns. #subwayrocks!Thank you, Subway! Jimmy John's lost a solid customer.

I travel for work and Jimmy John’s is one of my go tos. They are reasonably priced and it’s good food but for this location I’ve been running into problems. At this Jimmy John’s it’s a fight just to order your sandwich. I was greeted hate and bitterness from an older lady. After I repeated the address of my hotel along with the room number at least 6 times I was hit with “ I don’t we deliver there.” To which I responded with “You guys are a mile away I would be surprised if you didn’t.” I got put on hold for a minute or 2 while she checked and then conceded that yes they did deliver to my address after that though same deal with the credit card info and order she made me repeat myself to the point I thought she was trying to get me to hang up. So yea rough experience I’ve tried ordering there 1 more time but they stop delivering an hour early so it was my sign to give Jimmy John’s up while I was in grove city. The food was good though lol.

I went through the drive-through and ordered one medium Diet Coke, and one sub. they hand me the Coke right away which you have Coke rolling down the side of the cup. I had to clean it up. Waited at the window for 10 minutes and finally received my sub .I wasn’t too happy the wait time was ridiculous.

So my husband went to pick up food this evening, got there at 8:45pm, this location closes at 9pm, they ignored the drive thru completely and when my husband went to go inside the employee locked the door in front of him and said they weren't filling anymore orders even though they were still open.03/27/2023So apparently someone can't leave more than 1 review...I'll add to this one then. My husband went to pick up lunch for us, I get a BLT, he wanted to try the new pesto caprese sandwich, he asked to sub turkey for the salami because he can't eat salami. The lady that was helping him was very rude and said they can't change anything. My father had the salami subed with turkey the other day no issues. So is that a thing? So my husband went to get his food elsewhere, my BLT however was absolutely disgusting, the lettuce was brown and slimy and the tomatoes were so mushy and gross that they definitely shouldn't have been on a sandwich. I had to throw the whole sub away. What is happening at Jimmy John's??? The name of the order taker on the receipt is Tamara.Extremely disappointed

If the sub was an indication of a bew product, they failed miserably! Looked like a regular sub, the meat was all jammed together, the soft mozzarella was a thin slice of hard mozzarella, the lettuce was encased in the "pesto" sauce (not the same as commercial, lettuce/mayo combo) & all shoved into the back closed crack of the sub bun, which had been baked too long, tomato was smashed & miniscule. Sure didn't look like the picture! Cross JJ's off my list for good!
