They may as well shut this KFC down! Mom always said,if you can't say anything good then don't say anything at all, BUT when you pay $25.99 for12 tenders only and get 10 small cold ones it tends to make you want to give this review. Its not ty first time either but it will be my last.

Well went inside to order first off the employees was pissed it seemed cause we decided to eat in the lobby waiting 20 mins goes by I go up there they erased my order they wanted me to reorder after waiting forever for nothing horrible service never going back there

I’ve avoided this store because of the customer service. The women on the speaker and at the window were always rude and forgot items. Every so often I’d try again and get the same result. Went through the drive through today and young guy on the speaker was very nice and well spoken. I get to the window and it’s the same person and he doesn’t appear to hate his life like the rest of them. He was so pleasant. African American with dreads. I didn’t get his name as there were cars behind me. I called the store multiple times but no answer. I’ll be back at some point and will make sure he gets recognized but until then I hope the manager and owner can give him some good feedback. I spend about 65.00 per trip and will eat there more often if you can keep people like that guy around. Before him it was legit rude, upset people. Read the other reviews lol it isn’t just my own experience.

Absolutely terrible service. They deserve zero star if that was an option. There was 3 people in line waiting to order or pick up their online order which was supposedly to have been ready ten minutes ago. 4 people were working but no one is taking orders and weren't even in sight. The gentleman before me finally starts calling to the back "Hello.... anyone working?" Finally a lady (supervisor?) comes up and takes orders then you see three other workers finally coming to the kitchen area. The lady questioned if she had enough chicken when taking my order of 12 piece chicken only. I then waited another 15+ minutes for my order when they initially told me fresh chicken was coming out in 2 minutes. Meanwhile drive thrus were coming through and getting their orders. Finally, I had to ask a worker in view about my order and she tells me "she's unsure because she's been off the clock for 10 minutes" when indeed she just helped a previous customer 5 minutes ago. A different lady finally hands me my chicken and tells me instead of 12 pieces of chicken, she put in 16. Thinking perhaps it was for my long wait, i thanked her and left. At dinner, guess what? There was only the 12 pieces I paid for. Anyways, terrible service. Would not go here again. They are either short staff or just racist or both!

Horrible customer service! I ordered food, went up to the window to pay. I tried to add on food they told me I would have to drive back around to order. There was absolutely no one behind me and I already had to wait 7 minutes for fries.
This KFC is more consistent than the one up the way on Stringtown, but like all KFCs it suffers a consistency problem, sometimes it's great and fairly often it's just meh.
How bad are you doing that your doors are locked on a Monday at 5
