This restaurant’s service has been going downhill for over the past year. We waited in the drive-through for over 20 minutes without being waited on. They had both lanes one and two open. We were parked in lane two but the employee would only take the orders for customers in lane one. So my husband drove around, went inside to order, the manager looked at him and walked away. So we went to another McDonald’s restaurant closer in town and was served in less then 5 minutes. We tried to be understanding but this is now the norm whenever we go to this restaurant.

We’ve never waited so long for fast food mobile order to pick up curbside before. We placed our order after 1:00pm too so I wouldn’t expect it to be rush time.?

No pancakes or syrup in the two big breakfasts we ordered. Steak, egg, and cheese bagel was on a bun, sausage McGriddle was hamburger instead of sausage. This location fills orders wrong a lot. Will not be ordering from here again!

They pulled me to the third window to wait for my small mocha frappe I sat there for over 10 minutes and had to call and remind them I was there they then gave me one that was completely melted so it had to have been sitting there the whole time and they just didn’t bring it to me ?

The meal was cold, the buns were hard/ stale and our burgers had only a single pickle each. My burger had no onions and the other barely any. The sauces for our nuggets were missing. The young female who handed out our items quickly opened the window, abruptly shoved the bag out and literally just said “here.” I hardly had time to catch the bag before she slammed the window shut and disappeared. I suddenly recalled why I haven’t frequented this location. Why am I paying for crappy attitude and crappy food.

I can understand not letting people inside to eat, but not even letting people in to order off the menu & making them stand out in the entrance hallway & ordering through a door is pretty ridiculous. Especially when they can't even see the menu. OH & the hashbrowns were barely even cooked on the inside... ick

Went there last night. Paid for 4 20 piece nuggets & got 4 10 pieces. Double plains were singles. Ordered no pickles or onions. Sticker said it, but it was on there. We live to far to take it back

We used the drive thru to order our food and drinks. The person who took the order was cheerful and polite repeating the order and also showing the order on their menu board with the prices. All employees that we had contact with, the order taker, the cashier, and the person who gave us our order was friendly and polite. Our order of two sandwichs, 2 french fries, and two diet drinks was correct and both the sandwichs and fries were hot and very good.
