Gone downhill significantly. Had to wait and ask for my card back, and it wasn't even in the reader anymore. I don't know where she pulled my card from, but it wasn't at the register.......? my frappe was full of chunks of ice, which was a bummer. People were very rude, and multiple hands touched my card before I got it back.

Come through the drive-thru every now and then for breakfast and also I pre-order it and pick it up in the parking spot areas overall definitely recommend this location everything is made the way I order it staff is friendly helpful and receive fast attentive service when ordering

I don't know if there incredibly stupid or don't understand English came in this morning ordered large hot mocha they give me hot chocolate can u atleast be worth the minium wage your getting paid they screwed up almost every order I have had in the last 4 years I lived in the area ..please get better management to make sure employee's competent enough to pour coffee you lost a customer for good do not eat here unless you want frustrated

The food was descent not here to complain about food but the service is terrible and alot of barriers to communicate with but ROSE WAS A GREAT EMPLOYEE AND STAR OF THE DAY SHE WAS QUICK TO JUMP AND CORRECT EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG.THANK YOU ROSE THE REST OF MORNING STAFF GET TOGETHER ALOT OF FINGERS WAS

The worst McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. I waited in line at the drive-thru for 45 minutes with only two cars in front of me. I got to the window and the only 2 employees there were arguing, one threatening to walk out. I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie and the cup was only 2/3 full. As the employee was handing me my drink he looked at it and said "wow I would complain about this, it's not even full". It puzzles me that he didn't fill it up after making that comment.Parking: Big parking lot
