In all the restaurants I’ve ever been to, traveling all the time, I have never experienced such great service, hospitality, comfort, patience & awesome skills from a restaurant chain & Alana was amazing in all of that!!!!! I even appreciated her sitting with me & being so friendly! I WILL be back!!!!

A local article had falsely reported this location closed but it is open and doing quite well. We go here regularly due to being near other locations we frequent. We can count on good service, good food, and a reasonable price here which is appreciated with a family. Considering other locations have closed and the business is struggling through the recent economic issues they are making the best of things at this location.

I love O'Charley's and was sad they closed the one at Georgesville Sq but went to Grove City and very happy that they we still open the service & food were all great

Rolls were airy. Not too much to them. Ordered more. Potato skins need to be crispy. Salad was small and gave us 2 too many salad dressing for that small salad. Our server was superb.

I ordered carry out the food was cold the strips and the fries look like they had been sitting there for a while waiting on someone to order it. And that someone was me horrible they should be ashamed for selling this. Quality of a low rate fast food.

Alana was our waitress at the Grocery City, Ohio location and she was awesome! We have a big group, so we often don't get great service, but Alana was fantastic.
The only reason I am giving the food 2 stars is because my club sand was good & my sons corn dogs were fine. My wife's steak was purple/blue rare & chicken tenders were more like a handful of chicken jerky. The service was good. The restaurant was clean.

Went last night to the one in Grove city , Ohio. Used to go there a lot and the place and food was great. But was very disappointed last night. the place was freezing. I ordered Shrimp and my 2 sides were coleslaw and mac and cheese. The portions have really shrank, the coleslaw was dry and nasty and the mac and cheese was cold. I had to substitute the coleslaw for a side salad. Spent almost $50 for food not worth eating.

WE dined-in.... very pleasant atmosphere. WE had two children and the waiter was patient. Food was delic.... WE brought home the leftovers in their quality-sealed clear plastic container and the dinner roll with baby back rib was soft and tender in Pennsylvania two days later as IT was on Saturday in Ohio. GreAt job, O'Charley's!

The Water Was Very Tasty. Our waitress was very patient with us and provided us with our 7 baskets of rolls throughout the night to try and beat our Roll Eating Record. My roll had a dent in it though. Food was very Mid. No Cap.
