By far the best Panera out there! I am apart of the Sip Club so I am inside many Panera stores across Ohio, Kentucky & Michigan as we routinely take road trips and I have to have my Panera lemonade haha.Usually paneras are pretty good but Grove cities is the absolute best! My spouse gets slightly annoyed with me because I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to order my drink at the grove city location.Management is super nice and all the faces there have been extremely friendly and seem to be a strong team!
I don't know how a Panera can manage to mess up one of their signature items on multiple visits over several months, but this location has done so at least four times - no matter if I order online or go in. I finally just stopped going. It could have something to do with the fact that the employees are on their phones and have airpods in, but that's only a guess.

This panera is fantastic. The employees have such good attitudes, the food is always prepared in a timely manner, and the atmosphere is very inviting and peaceful. I came in today and an employee with purple hair used ASL through the whole order process and I can't even express how great it is to see inclusivity like this in the workplace. It is so refreshing to see ASL become more widely accessible in food service. This Panera gets an A+ in my book!

Soups and sandwiches are so delicious. Employees are great. Order the cream of chicken soup. It's the best I ever ate and I'm 69 years old. That soup should be given an award. ??️✔️

I got to my hotel next-door just a little bit late, but I rushed over here for some dinner. The broccoli cheddar soup is always good, and it comes with a baguette. They gave me some butter to put on it, because what good is bread without butter. ? Employees were very nice. Not a lot of customers here this late, but I heard them being very pleasant to all. So many places to sit at this restaurant, so many different areas that actually offer some privacy. All around, just a good restaurant.

Order thru the Panera app, I entered a note on the any special request to add butter and extra dressing, ordered arrived with neither. I called the store a manager answered at least a that what she said I tell her my issue which is all the time I told her I wanted to document this call so this don’t happen again she puts me on hold and another as she said assistant manager comes on the phone to ask me how can I help you I ask the person that transfer the call did not give you the reason why I’m calling she said well yes she said you didn’t get butter but she don’t understand what I need. Like I’m crazy for complaining about no butter. Like great costumer service you too.

This is what I got for a you pick two - bacon Avacado melt! Who would eat this?! I mean quality control?
I hadn't been here in years and was kinda shocked how much It was for 2 soup/ bread bowls. Was like 26$ w a drink. It was really good and we enjoyed it. The service was good. I recommend the broccoli and cheese bread bowl.

Your restaurant is disgusting my family had to walk past several dirty tables and booths before finding a clean one. Panera workers are lazy, this is the way your restaurant looks every time I come in, I’m done going here. Managers should be ashamed, I’m wondering if the owner knows how poorly this Panera is run. Oh and me and one of my family members had a hair inside our chicken salad. Enough said …
