If we could give Zeros I would. Ordered on line. Said it would be 75 minute wait. When we showed up to pick up our paid pizza, we were told it would be another 45 minutes. Why does it take so long? Terrible customer service.

Every time I order at this location, it's a 2 hour wait for a pick up of 2 pizzas. I had to cancel my order today. It said 55 minutes for a pick up. I went to get it an hour later and was told I had about another hour to hour and a half for my pizza. There were 4 people working that I could see and 6-7 other people standing and waiting. I keep giving this location chance after chance because I understand every place has a bad night but judging by my experiences and the many reviews of people in the same or worse situation it is obvious that this place has a real issue and a bad pattern. I won't be back unfortunately

Ordered a pizza, waited an hour. Get there and they tell us "ten more minutes", wait 10 minutes and they say "25 more minutes", wait another 25 minutes and they tell us their ovens are not getting up to temperature. Said we would get a refund in 3 days. No offer of a coupon or discount in the future. Ask them for one and they said that they can't give us a credit. So essentially wasted 2 hours of my time and not even an apology. I ordered from here once a week for years and that will be the very last time.

Well, it is somewhat edible. This is twice now that it has come undercooked. They cheap out on the amount of sauce and cheese. How sad. This chain used to be pretty darned good.
