The staff is rude. items often given to wrong dashers. waist of time to pick up from if dashing. When I order after work and arrive to pick up after a long days work often it has been handed out to some one else.

Just a little tid bit on this place. My husband is out door dashing and went to pick up an order for a customer. When he went to the counter the woman said " I'm not giving you that order" to which my husband asked "why?" She then explained "because you picked up an order yesterday and didn't deliver it." My husband then explained to this individual "that's impossible I didn't pick up an order here yesterday" and this woman continued to accuse my husband of stealing the order when in fact he never picked one up in the first place. He even checked his order history just to make sure there wasn't a mistake and there was none. Long of the short my husband had to have doordash cancel the order and the customer I'm sure is not happy.

Ordered a large deep dish Italian pizza and the dough was uncooked, onions uncooked and the whole pizza was cold. Called the restaurant and spoke with a young lady who said she couldn't do anything about it.
Great pizza. Sweet sauce, fast service at 1030am.$16 for an extra large with half cheese, half Hawaiian. Very good pizza. Will come again next time we pass by.Friendly clerk.Calling out tip jars. We get pizza every Wednesday from Romeo's and love ,but the pizza is never cut all the way ,we all laugh about it to see how much wasn't cut .

I love this pizza more than other chain restaurant. However, tonight became the last time, sadly. This location has struggled for a while with deliveries. In the previous two years, I've had to call the store after waiting 30-60 minutes beyond the delivery window. Sometimes, we could get it worked out, although I planned on eating an hour prior. Tonight, I ordered at 5:54 p.m. By 7:35 p.m., nothing. I called the store, and there was a problem (not sure what the problem was) that the pizza had to be remade. The delivery driver was out on another run, so it was a roll of the dice if I'd get my pizza and salad at all. So, I canceled the order. Now, the issue of "will I get my refund" or "will I need to dispute" is up for debate. The person on the phone was pleasant and understanding, so at least that was an unexpectedly good outcome. That had not always been the case in previous issues.So I guess my closing advice is DO NOT GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED. If you can pick it up, do so.

First time ordering at Romeo's, will never order again. The food was unsatisfactory and the service was horrible. I was standing there for almost 2 hours with other customers who had their order prepared incorrectly. waiting for my food to be made correctly. My order was prepared incorrectly twice. No good pizza is worth this customer treatment. This place was recommended by a friend. It's very disappointing that I will never be ordering at Romeo's Pizza again. Very unhappy with what I went through just to receive my pizza and wings.

Made my first order online for 1/2 chicken and bacon ranch and the other half pepperoni. I guess it came up in the system with no toppings. It was for a large that will now be wasted. I called the store and they offered no solution.
