I ordered a Crunchwrap and they put no meat on it.
They need a raise for real. I got nacho fries and they were well seasoned, crunchy, and the woman working the window was so kind. I had my food in maybe 5 minutes tops. Some of the best taco bell food I’ve had.

First time here to this particular location came through the drive-thru and ordered on the app food that I received was a complete dissatisfied disappointment I noticed that their nachos and cheese was a lot more here and when you're paying that full premium price for that product now you expect the cheese to at least be half full in the container ? I also customize a quesadilla and it wasn't what I asked for and also the rolled chicken tacos that I got was rock hard! was extremely disappointed for how much I had to pay for my food here.

This place is absolutely abhorrent in the evening and night. I went in and planned an order for take out at the kiosk to avoid my order being incorrect (like it usually is with door dash). I upgraded and added on several things to my burritos and was charged for them. Then proceeded to drive all the way home to find out my burritos are just the regular menu items with none of my upgrades. I called the store and they told me I could bring the food back and get new. After I already drove all the way home and was hungry. So basically I got overcharged for items I did not even receive and still have to find food as half the reason I upgrade items is I don't like their beef. They don't seem to be concerned about their customers or retention.
