They forget something from my to go order almost every time i get one and im a pretty constant customer today they shorted me two sausage patties my Grandson don't understand when someone dosent get it right the sausage patties were his he has Autism so it makes it harder

I've been to many Waffle Houses throughout the state. Each having its own unique character whether it be the staff, the dining area, other customers, etc. This Waffle House obviously is something special for the locals, I however found it to be the absolute worst of any Waffle House I've ever visited. The place was an absolute mess, the food was all undercooked, the syrup served ice cold for you to pour on Your doughy chewy Waffle. It is the "Waffle House" so I took one to go for the person I was headed to see. His Waffle was far from the chewy doughy mess I couldn't eat. He had the dark brown, crunchy Waffle that Noone anywhere has ever enjoyed. It still makes me smile as I recollect the two waitresses banter about the food truck they planned to walk to for their lunch break. I cant close without saying something about the cook. He wore no beard net had a baseball cap on but it didn't keep his hair contained and with sleeves rolled up totally exposing the hairiest arms from wrist to elbow, it could have been braided. It was the absolute worst as far as a Waffle House in general goes.

First, Last, & ONLY time I'll ever eat here. The cook was trash, and didn't even remotely care about getting our food to us. She didn't greet us and was cursing the whole time we were there. (I'm not really appalled too much by the cursing, it was her overactive disrespect of us as customers.)Our food was mediocre and luke warm. Definitely not hot. The cook told the server if I didn't like the grits to tell me it would be quite some time before she would make more. Even when our server told the cook that she'd have to make chili, she said "That's just giving great.)There were 5 dirty tables as we walked out, including ours. Both the cook and our server were setting down. Idk the whole place is trash. I won't be back. There's plenty more places I can go. Honestly, the dirt cakes I used to make as a kid would go over better here.I give honest feedback, I'm not looking for likes or notoriety. I'm simply stating my experience there. ?

This has probably become one of my favorite waffle houses to eat at. The food is always amazing and the service is great. After a busy day fixing appliances there is nothing better than stopping here and taking a minute to relax while someone else does the cooking!!Parking: It’s pretty typical parking for a waffle house but I’ve never seen it get busy enough where the parking is hard to findKid-friendliness: Great environment and good food options that kids will typically love. Who doesn’t love a chocolate chip and peanut butter waffle?Wheelchair accessibility: They don’t have any stairs from the restaurant is pretty much an open aisle
Chuck and Ashley were great with their service. Both of them checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Our food was out within 10 minutes of ordering which is the fastest I’ve had it out at a Waffle House. Chuck was very polite and made sure our table wasn’t overly crowded as we were finishing up. Ashley talked to us about our waffles and said the “secret ingredient” was love. She also told us about some combinations she’s seen people try , one was a combination of peanut butter chips and jelly to make a pb&j waffle which we will definitely try next time. Overall it was the best experience we’ve had! Thanks for being so kind!
