I am ordering 3 orders of double meat burgers and a couple of fries. I grab a cup of cold drinks and go to the fountain to fill it up and finish it turnarounds. My food is ready, that is the fast food should be.

I wanted to share an awkward encounter during my recent visit. Arriving at 7 PM to pick up my mobile order, I found the front doors locked. No problem—I headed to the drive-thru instead.At the first window, I explained the situation, and the response was a casual “oh okay.” However, things took an unexpected turn at the second window. The staff refused to hand over my pre-paid order, demanding I come inside. After explaining that I tried to come inside, they told me I had to come in the side door. To my surprise, the manager claimed that the front door “belonged to Tim Hortons” and wasn’t Wendy’s door. How is anyone supposed to know that?As a district manager in the fast-food industry, I find this confrontation extremely troubling. From other recent reviews it appears the management enjoys picking petty fights over small issues. Extremely uncomfortable for the customers

I don't even want to give 1 star! For starters we walk in and was told to go use a kiosks, while they were on their cell phones doing nothing. (Nobody was in drive thru or in front of us) went to go use the kiosks, got half way through the order and the kiosks says oops! Something happened, you will need to start over. Again everybody is just standing around. I walked out telling the workers the kiosks went working they meanwhile are laughing. Guess they don't want or NEED my business. Went down the road to DQ and got service! At least they took my order. Treated me with respect. Never has DQ given me any troubles, no matter where I traveled to, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Higher standards better service and excellent food.. Wendy's at London Groveport Rd is a disgrace to the Wendy's franchise and name. Do better!

Not a friendly place. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and I asked for extra pickles. They put an entire jar of pickles and the sandwich was soggy and not edible I had to throw it away! The orders are always wrong. Disappointing and waste of money.

Got a biggie bag and was biggie disappointed. Both the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich were kinda dry the chicken sandwich had almost no mayo. Just didn't hit the spot, so ? when I stopped it went in the garbage, it's not everyday everything is

I stopped here for the first time today right around 1030. I went through drive through and the lady on the intercom was friendly for a fast food joint. We exchanged greetings and I asked for what I wanted and she read it back with the total and a wonderful attitude. I arrived at the window payment was taken quickly and accurately. Food came out quickly, hot, fresh and correct.Overall, a great experience.

Went through the drive thru, then home after getting our food. Noticed they had missed 5 4-piece nuggets, so I went back to get them. I showed the receipt to the manager and told her what happened. She accused me of lying, but said she would get them for me. She gave me dirty looks while preparing them. This is not good customer service and I do not plan on coming back to this Wendy's.

Do not come here: bathrooms are so disgusting I couldn’t even enter - stalls didn’t lock, just nasty. Then I stood in line to order and they messed two peoples orders up, and had me waiting 10 min when there was no one in front of me. Worst Wendy’s ever.
