Was better under old ownership. Orange chicken is odd, not the typical orange chicken I've gotten elsewhere. It's just " Ok" not my first choice. Crab Ragoons are very very small.Parking: A lot better sense building next door has been torn down.Wheelchair accessibility: Not an easy place to get into, two entry doors relatively close to get in with wheelchair.

Wonderful food and experience here! On top of the food being hot, fresh, and delicious- the server and chef were amazing and very kind to us and our kid! 10/10 would recommend. Easily the best Asian restaurant I've been to in a very long time!Vegetarian options: A surprisingly wide selection of vegetarian options! I had the mixed veggies plate with veggie fried rice and it was both filling and delicious! The vegetables were all cooked perfectly and had so much flavor!Kid-friendliness: The server was accommodating, kind, and wonderful with our daughter! Even had her smiling and laughing! They also offer both high chairs and booster seats as well as multiple kid friendly options on the menu!

My husband and I have driven past this restaurant many times and we finally decided to give it a try, big mistake. We love asian food and we have eaten at many fine asian restaurants all over the world including many in the Cincinnati area. The food here was awful, it was so bad we could not eat it. We informed our server and he said that there was nothing wrong with the food. I wasn't about to argue with him so we paid our bill and left, lesson learned. I took pictures and looked them up on Yelp, our food looked nothing like the pictures posted on Yelp. Please don't waste your money eating here. I took pictures of the food and it even looked unappetizing.

Went here for lunch. Great prices and wonderful service nice atmosphere too. The Szechuan chicken was good. Egg roll was delicious and the fried rice was tasty the hit and sour soup needed to be a bit more spicy to my liking. Don't be fooled by the area. The inside was nice. No liquor but you can bring wine and beer in according to a sign they posted.

First visit after reading a lot of positive reviews. I was craving beef with broccoli. Ordered lunch portion and since I don't eat a lot, plenty leftover to take home. The broccoli was cooked perfectly. I would have liked a bit more "gravy." My friend ordered shrimp chow mein, altho I believe she really wanted shrimp lo mein. She loved it even tho the chow mein was served with dry noodles instead of wet.The parking lot is hard for me as I am mobility challenged, and use a cane due to poor balance. I'm sure paving would be a big expense, but it would make the restaurant more accessible. The only other negative I will cite is the carpet in the restaurant. It is far beyond it's lifespan and needs to be replaced. Again, another big expense, and I know these are tough times. We were the first customers of the day, and only one other person came in for a carry-out order during the time we were there. I think advertisement may be needed. Perhaps some coupons or specials posted outside? The woman who greeted and seated us was smiling and very pleasant. The young man, whom I believe was the son of the woman, was not nearly as outgoing or pleasant. I got the feeling he would rather be doing anything else. Our food was good and plentiful, and the pricing was fair by the current standards.Parking: Gravel. Hard to manuever with a cane.

We were seated quickly. Server was quick with drinks. Their hot tea is oolong, my favorite. We ordered crab Rangoon 6 pcs. Crunchy on the outside and creamy sweet /savory on the inside. We had General TSO dinner and bourbon chicken. The portions were large enough that we had leftovers for today's lunch. The cold orange slices were refreshing. The restaurant is clean and employees are kind. Thank you for making dinner.

I've been here 5 different times. The first time was take-out and what was in my bag was not what I ordered. The next three times I dined in for lunch and was very impressed with the hot, delicious food and portion sizes. The fifth time I went to bite into my broccoli and there was a dead, but quite sizable caterpillar on it. They immediately took my dish off the bill (still charged my friend, who also saw the caterpillar) but made no effort to explain the insect in the food. Needless to say, I'll stick to China Inn from now on.
