Coffee was great and they offered a pup cup for my saint Bernard puppy which was great only reason they got 4* instead of 5 on service was cause they have an online menu but you can't place your order online you have to walk up to the window or call them on the phone to actually place the order other than that it was

I came to order my drink and pick up a door dash I sat at the drive thru for 10Mins to be told to pull to the side the girl on the headset decided to make me pull to the side. I wait another ten mins walk to the window to be told to wait some more they are backed up all while no cars were in the drive thru and they kept making other orders completely ignoring the fact that I needed one drink and a drink of my own. I used to love them now a large drink is 8.00 and the service sucks!

We waited a super long time for our food and coffee. The barista was so kind though and gave us coupons and a free drink at our next visit. The food was surprisingly delicious for a chain shop - especially the tuxedo muffin!

The girl who took my order sounds like she didn't even want to be there. And then when I got up to the window. She created me which is normal. But the girl who was making my copy. Look like she didn't even want to make it. And it tasted different from what it usually is.

1st time to visit. Heard lots positive things. Had trouble communicating w employees. Ordered one of the bagel sandwich. They were out of cream cheese. This was Sunday noon. Not sure why they wouldn't have someone run to get cream cheese. New business? They were waiting for a Manger to get there to decide this. Left disappointed. I will try again. Need to be consistent..
