This was one of the worst experiences my husband and I have ever had at a Bob Evans. Bob Evans is one of our favorite breakfast restaurant's. We will not be going back to the Fairfield Township OH store. The service was extremely slow and the food was not really good

Don't eat here. The employees seem nice however after waiting for an hour for a chicken sandwich none was delivered to my table. This would be okay if this were the first time this had happened at this location. Sadly this has happened before. I keep hoping that will improve but they don't. They need to fire the kitchen staff and start over. I would advise not to eat here, rather go to Hyde's in Hamilton - better food, faster service.

Don’t waste your time waiting. The manager literally asked me how many people. I said 2 and she just left never came back and other employees would see us waiting to be seated and it’s like we were never there. That place was not even packed.

They are so slow. I hate to say this because I love them so much. It never fails though, no matter if you order through door dash, go pick it up or done in, they are truly one of the slowest places to get food. Everything you order is delicious though!!

Got seated pretty quickly then me and my family proceeded to sit there for over ten minutes without service. The others around us being seated were being serviced even after showing up afterwards.I probably wouldn’t have walked out if we had at least been approached by our server.

I will say previously me and my family have had good experiences here, last time we went the waiter was so kind and our dinner was amazing. This time though my daughter was having low blood sugar and we both ordered a sweet tea, the tea came unsweetened and when I mentioned it asking for another drink the waitress said "it should be sweet, it's sweet." It indeed wasn't so my daughter picked up sugar packets and ate them, when our food arrived the bacon,hashbrown,and potatoes were all burnt. I will say they have amazing pancakes though, the manager was really sweet and took off half of our bill, forever thanks to him. Moral of the story don't get breakfast here at 5pm, the dinner is amazing though.

Waited about 45 minutes to be seated on a Sunday morning around 11:30am. I had the steak tips and eggs and a caramel mocha coffee. It was all delicious and the waitress was very polite and friendly.
