We ordered 4 cheeseburgers and were very specific on what we wanted on them. Not one burger was right. They all went to waste. Seems workers these days are more interested in socializing with each other than getting orders right. This is not the first time this has happened.

Ordered a cheese burger it was cold, and it looked like they took a slice of cold cheese and placed it on top of the burger the whole thing was cold. Went another time and the burger was not fresh the bread was crumbly and the burger was black like it was sitting for a while. Terrible I do not recommend, Go at your own risk.

Routinely gets order incorrect and forgets items or sauces. Food is cold half the time. Used to be a decent place but has progressively gotten worse. Avoid and go somewhere else.

Food is good, order usually right. However I get a shady feeling when going in. Kinda like a walking into a place that's not very inviting. Definitely outdated and just a grungy feel. Drive Thru is fairly quick. Atmosphere is awful. It not a bad place to eat when that Whopper crave hits you, I just prefer not to go in.Kid-friendliness: Not real friendly but not rude either, just like some are just going threw the motions.

Had me waiting for cold fries in the drive thru line don't make any sense!
The girl that was working the drive thru at 11:14 was extremely rude. She wasn’t listening to me trying to place my order she was having a conversation with someone else.She said anything else in a rude tone and I told her she was rude. She then told me not to come at her like that. I will not return to this Burger King. The customer service at this location has went way down hill and this is not the first time she has been rude.

Closed and refused service before closing hours. Two workers were outside smoking and once we approached walking to enter and order, they went in and locked the doors. Worse experience ever. Time occurred9:41 PMWe come from CA and this has been so far the worse experience ever at BK. Poor costumer service and poor management.
