I want to share my opinion, and I hope no one will take offense, but will instead try to understand the reason I decided to leave this review. I feel sympathy for the owners, but the problems that the owners are facing can be addressed. I think that their business may be headed for ruin if these issues continue. I don't want to see two elders falling into financial ruin over fixable problems. This Cold Stone location was under different management years ago, and possibly even had a different franchise owner during this period of time. During this earlier time, it is not exaggeration to say that this Cold Stone location was wildly successful. You could go there anytime and find a massive line and cheerful employees. On evenings, especially on weekends, there would actually be a line out the door. Customers would drive 30 minutes, and pass several competitors on their way, to get to this Cold Stone location. However, maybe 5-ish years ago, this location came to be under new management, and possibly, a totally new set of franchise owners. I assume the previous owner sold the rights to this Cold Stone location for a tidy sum, due to it's wild success at the time. The new owners/managers are the married couple you see there today. I'm sure that this couple invested their savings into this business, hoping to make more money than they spent. However, immediately, due to their negative personalities, they lost the workers. No one was willing to work under them, or with them. This led to increasing workloads on them. They're inside the store running it themselves at all hours of the day, every day. This means that they are not only negative, but also very tired, leading to misery, which shows in all they do. They allowed the store itself to fall into disrepair. Chairs and tables and dirty and broken for months at a time, and they chose to close their restroom for customers for months at a time, or close it permanently, even though it works and they use it themselves. No one greets you when you walk into the store anymore, and the entire vibe inside the store is one of misery. An ice cream store should be cheerful, bright, clean, and positive. They also stopped caring as much about the quality of their finished product, because they're just too tired. The business they hoped would secure their future has now become a prison for them. They seem to hate both their business, and the customers. Therefore, previously loyal customers have also stopped coming. Even though the ingredients themselves are high in quality because Cold Stone is a major corporation that ensures high quality product reaches its stores, customers won't come to purchase that product anymore because of the negative environment inside the franchise location itself. This means that the owners had to start taking doordash orders to improve sales, which are a headache and divide their small two person workforce even more, leading to longer wait times for the few customers that do still end up in the store by chance. The point I'm making is this: I feel sorry for the owners, but they are harming their own business, and are in a vicious cycle leading to financial ruin. I was just there tonight and ended up leaving without ordering anything, because the flavor I always order was looked dirty inside the case, the wait was too long even though there were few people in the store, and one of the owners was becoming frustrated with a driver due to the large number of doordash orders, which is understandable, but the customers should not be aware of that frustration. My advice as an MBA in Business is the following: step away from the day to day operations of the store. Your business should not feel like a burden, or a prison. Completely turn operations and upkeep over to a professional who is excellent with customer service & operations management. Place a sign out front which reads, "Under New Management", and do not interfere with the day to day operations. Employees & customers will both return, and your financial futur

Great staff, very kind. Takes care of the customer.Kid-friendliness: My son didn't like the ice cream he originally ordered and we tried to buy him a new one, but they gave it to us for free and wouldn't charge us for a new one. Very kind gesture.

Went late on a Sunday. The Indian lady working clearly does not understand the assignment. Mixing ingredients meant chopping in half and folding over once. My cookie dough was in 2 large chunks and my brownie piece was in its original form. It was complete defeat for Cold Stone's value prop of a mixed ice cream and toppings treat. The employee needs fired or retrained. Beyond that, she was listening to a podcast in Hindi, louder than ambient music would be appropriate. Terrible experience for a franchise I typically really enjoy.

Snappy workers that were rude and short. Did not roll ice cream like they usually do and didn’t mix in toppings, just sprinkled on top. Drove 30 minutes for a disappointment.

So good! We should come more often! We have a cake picked out for the next birthday, too!

Great product, but not so charming service. Folks running this joint are tired and kinda cranky.

This is the worst Cold Stone Creamery I have been to. Find another franchise.

I love Cold Stone Creamery's product, however, I don't like this location. The service is horrible! It is not welcoming at all. My family and I will spend our money at a more inviting location.
