The only reason I give it two-star rating in general is because the driver was awesome The guy that delivered it was sweet as can be but the food was horrible it was burnt and didn't have any toppings on it at all It was the most horrible excuse for a sandwich I ever had!!! Now I want to state this and make it clear this was a Hamilton West location anytime I get it from the Hamilton East location it's good it's not burnt it's got plenty of toppings on it 10/10 hands down but that Hamilton West location always be giving me some trashy food I always try something different to see if maybe it's that certain thing that I get but it sucks that that's the only location I can order from from work I wish I could choose the east side location because I'm right in between both of them!

On 3/6/24 i Ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. Approx 20 min the pizza arrived and i found the crust nearly raw it was like biscuit dough. The toppings were barely warm. I tried to finish baking it in my oven but it didnt help. Ive been doing business with this place for years but no more after this.

Their always fast for me I'm close and thier delivery driver's are always fast and kind , they even know how I like my sandwiches prepared for me , must be in thier computer for my address, very convenient for me , the main street Hamilton store by sunset Blvd!

Got 6.99 each pizza special pick up. One with pepperoni & Italian sausage, other Philly steak & bacon with parm/garlic sauce in place of tomato sauce. Both were hot & excellent with generous toppings. Also an order of pasta primavera which was good. I’m picky about crust & it was excellent.Staff is always very polite. This place is my go to when I want a quick, hot & good dinner, & pretty reliable quality.

Love their 2 for $6.99 deal!! I got 2 medium 2 topping pizzas & cheesy bread for $25 bucks super cheap & easy to feed a few people. Will always be a customer of theirs. Also the drive thru pick up is super convenient.

Food was delicious, service was terrible. The last few times I have picked up my carryout, it was the same grumpy, rude, and confused woman. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and she was very impatient. She was swiping my card the hardest I've ever seen anyone swipe before. She jammed the card in the machine like the machine said "harder daddy". She slapped the machine with the card like it owed her money. Then she said the machine said "not allowed" and asked me for a different card? I informed her that it seemed to be user error, then whaddaya know, the machine worked. This whole exchange, plus the time it took to go find my pizza was about 8 minutes. Again, the food was incredible. Maybe ole spiderweb elbow tattoo girl needs some anger management classes.
