They will happily charge you for your order but not actually deliver it to you directly. Apparently the delivery driver thinks that anybody just hanging out in the hallway of my apartment building can claim ownership of the food that I ordered for myself. Not only that, I called their store within 15 minutes of them closing, right after they allegedly dropped my food off, and they kept me on hold until the store closed with zero intentions of answering. Not only did I call but I had somebody else call me both waited on hold for 15 minutes while they should have still been open just so they could make sure that the call didn't get answered before they were technically closed. What a scam.

I told the delivery driver to keep 5 for himself my change was 12$ he only gave my kid 2$ back so won’t be ordering here anymore and I’m a regular never had this happen before and I know it’s only 5$ but the guy took advantage of my kid who just enjoys paying the food delivery ppl

I usually don't have any problems with this place but recently, I ordered a delivery order and payed for it and they never showed up with the order and then marked it as delivered in the app. I called and they just said they would call me back but never did.
The last two visits we've had to wait at the pick up window for 10 mins or longer watching workers in the inside. Both times we've honked the horn and still no help. Tonight we had to ask a delivery driver to help us. The delivery driver who came to the window (we think name is Matt) didn't want to hear the complaint he automatically assumed he was being attacked and said he'll close the window. When asked for their name their response was I don't have to tell you. It's ironic you roll over a line that is supposed to alert them of your arrival and a camera showing you there and still nothing. I will no longer use this location.

Just whatever you do don't order extra cheese because they are literally going to sprinkle it on the pizza. First time they did it I called back and they were very polite and sent me another pizza. If you order extra cheese on top of the pepperoni and when you get it not 1 single pepperoni is covered up I would say you aren't getting your money's worth. I didn't even bother calling back the second time. Taking my weekly pizza routine back to Donatos.

I actually think it was the worst steak sandwich I've had in a long time and the same goes for the person that I had for a guest. And they can call me back they would like. I actually would like to have my money back or a free pizza or free dessert or something it was terrible
