3 miles away every time I order regardless of time of week I order. I can wait up to an hour then order from a competitor pizza place and have my food delivered before they send me a notification it’s left the store worst donatos in Hamilton. And least you come in first in something

Marking an order as a delivered and never sending it out is ridiculous, have been waiting for two hours and my food never showed an hour after close. I run a pizza joint myself and would never do this, do better. Would’ve loved to call and speak to someone, but of course it’s a robot.

Bear in mind that Donato’s will add a $5 delivery fee at checkout. It’s not priced into the pizza and it’s not a tip for the driver, who actually bears the cost of delivering pizza.A $20 pizza will quickly become a $28 pizza with a 15% tip. Scummy practice. Raise prices if you need to, but don’t play bait and switch with fees.

UPDATE:Whoever the delivery driver is at this location that drives the tan older truck, I believe it’s a ford. He has brown hair. KEEP HIM and give him a raise. Best delivery driver y’all have ever had. He always has multiple orders to deliver at once. Never forgets a single thing plus brings plates, napkins, parm. Cheese, and crushed peppers. He is the only reason I’m changing my review to 5 stars.If I order something I would expect to receive it especially when I am paying for it. Seems like every time I order food from this location one or more items are forgotten even though I am paying for them.

I tried donatos for the first time and it was amazing! The employees were all so friendly and Janet went above and beyond recommending things to try. The food was hot and the service was amazing. I will for sure be back!

I ordered a large cheese pizza on Christmas Eve for my 7 year old son and I and not only was it the best tasting pizza we ever had but it was picture perfect. All to often we see pictures of food on commercials or pictures in the resturants only to get disappointed once you get the food and it looks disgusting but thats not the case at Hamilton Donatos! Anyone with kids knows how hard it is to get your kids to eat everything on their plates but my son ate EVERY PIECE on his plate! If i could id give this place 10 Stars! Food, service, store cleaniness, and staff all get 10 Stars from my son and I!
My first time ever eating Donatos it was ok, but not great. The pizza was cold she did remove the tomatoes because I didn't read it came with them. I called, and she said it was in the oven .The chicken hoagie was good. I am not sure if I will get it again ?. I am honestly disappointed. UPDATED I talked to the manager, and I am trying it again this weekend she was very professional and explained what happened. I will update you with pictures and how the food is soon!¡ The food is delicious. Thank you so much. Melinda made it right for me. My salad was so good and I will ? be back now
