I prefer this location than the new one they built in Liberty Township, usually I have a good experience with my orders here but they aren't always consistent. They 50/50 mess up my orders. So it's a toss up if they actually make my drinks correctly, also they are really bad about actually using a milk alternative when you order it, but still charge you. I have a severe intolerance to dairy, so it really is important they use the milk alternative I order but when they don't I end up with the consequences. I stopped for donuts to take to work, but apparently 3rd shift didn't show up to make the donuts, so I was limited to only a few options. The loaded hash browns were pretty good though.

Their cold brew always tastes burnt/bitter... which doesn't make any sense for cold brew. I had to toss my last two coffees. What a waste.

They serve days old coffee. Never have their hair up. Bugs crawl all over the donuts. Great customer service,but too many illegals working there.
Awful service..I ended up just leaving .I wish I could give a food and drink review but it didn't even get that far .If people hate their job so much they should stay home .

Mobile order at 8:30 line wrapped around the corner. So I went inside, my drink order was ready food was not..waited another 20minutes and asked again the girl said there was a wait..duh. I had to work so I left and came back. Do you know they had the audacity to give me a cold breakfast sandwich. Then the girl attempts to lecture me .."For future reference.." no apologies for me having to turn around and come back and keep in mind Im not the only one coming inside so people are being extra spicy. So I figured it would be best to just come back and give them about 10min or so. Obviously they are disorganized and dont have a process to be efficent. So she gives me the sandwich I give it back as for a fresh one and she attempts to tell me again that I can always come inside... Um mam!! I did and yall was fumbling around steppin all over one another. I dont know if she thought that she was going to practice being a manager with me or what. I told her I did come inside how do you think I got my drink, I waited 20min and yall didnt have my sandwich ready. This is also the location that turns off mobile ordering. Ill never come back to this one, further up the street is the other Dunkin and they are efficient and nice. They know what they are doing this location is trash God forbid they get more than 5 orders then no one knows what the hell to do. Rude and incompetent is a horrible combination.
