I got a meatball sub and the only ingredients was marinara sauce meatballs and provolone cheese . And bought two large garlic breads . Not very happy with the meatball sub too expensive and not enough ingredients for that price. I can go to subway and get as much items as I want and cheaper price . And not enough garlic sauce on the bread .

My friend got us two subs an hour before they closed (tipped extremely well) and we both were exhibiting symptoms of food poisoning within 20 minutes of eating our food. I will never eat at this or any other FHS ever again.

Had lunch here today and my order was perfect. Melissa and her team are always professional and they run a pretty clean restaurant. I had a med turkey sub and I ordered and paid for it online. When I arrived everything was ready. Melissa went the extra mile and gave me two pickles like I always get, even though I didn't ask for it. We will be back.

Tasty warm sub, but expensive. Staff was efficient but cold. I'll not park in front of their location again because it's impossible to pull back out without taking your life in your hands.
Went in tonight to get a salad and two subs. They totally screwed up our order and seemed to get mad at us for their wrong doing. They did give my husband another sub for their mistake. But when we got home we realized the side of ranch & my salad dressing was missing. I called and explained and he told me I could come get my missing items. Well when I got there the short manager w dark hair, dark mustache & beard said he has salad dressing at home. I couldn't believe it. I guess he was mad because I didn't and told me not to come back. We'll believe me I won't! At least not to that location. Going to get ahold of corporate in the morning.

Love firehouse subs. This last time I had a group of teenage boys helping us and they were really doing their best and were so polite. Short wait for food and just what we asked for. I'll always return for that cheddar brisket and BBQ sauce!
