Love the coziness of this restaurant! The salad bar is amazing. Variety of delicious dressing and fresh greens! A welcome thing in 2023 as most places don't offer that much anymore! I appreciated Jess and her attention to my needs as i did not go without anything during my visit! Would recommend and return!

Went on 3/10/23 for the Seafood Buffet. The food was REALLY bad. Everything was heavily picked over and very little was refreshed while we were there. They were severely understaffed but the crew they had was trying its best. At checkout I was asked how everything was and I was honest. There was no comment from the register attendant. We left vowing to never return.

It seems like this location is under staffed. There were two servers at noon. The service was really good The waitress checked on all her tables every time she passed by. I had the "Big Boy" and it was hot and fresh, I enjoyed it. I'm not a burger person but it's a burger I would order again. The tables were clean but the windows on the wall divider looked as if it was washed with dirty water. The cash register area looked greasy and unkept, there were empty boxes in front of the registers that needed to be cleaned out and filled with something or removed.

I was skeptical to go because of low rating but I went in anyway today for breakfast with my kids. We did the breakfast buffet. Everything was burnt. Terrible service, the coffee they brought me had lipstick mark on the cup. All O did was showed it to my server. She brought me a diff cup and said “that should be better”. Plus, everyone that works here made me feel like they are going to spit on my food, if I said anything. I am not going here anymore or recommend anyone.

Food was unimpressive. I love Big Boys, but this was cold and the meat was hard and dry. Chili tasted burnt. But our server was great. It seems like they were very short staffed. She seemed to be manning the entire floor herself. But she was great. Just overwhelmed. I think the kitchen was overwhelmed too. It's the holidays, so I can understand. The kids didn't seem to mind at all. They ate everything and had a blast. I'll give them a second chance of course, because I love their food.

I love Frischs, but unfortunately I stopped going once I saw they stick there hands down in the ice chest to fill you're cup up. Sorry but nobody wants dirty hands in there ice. I literally watched the person wipe there hands on there pants and then proceeded to stick there hands in the ice with the cup. Pretty gross.

Good morning. I have been a lifelong customer of Frisch’s always enjoyed the food and service. However, although I know the cost of everything is going up, I can no longer afford to eat at your restaurant. Your prices have gone to a ridiculous high. I went through the drive thru yesterday and they wanted to charge me almost $11.00 for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a large coffee. I politely told the cashier to keep the food and the coffee. I went to Wendy’s and purchased the same items for $5.00.

I love the Bridgewater Frisch's. It beats any other Hamilton location. The food is great and the service is awesome! Shout out to my waitress Jessie she was busy but maintained her professionalism and kept all the customers happy!

I honestly love this place.The servers are always great! HOT FOOD & FAST! Anytime I head through the drivethru, the workers there are always polite and respectful & always get my food correct. I’m super thankful for the customer service & the wonderful food! You guys rock!

We ordered a grill cheese & tomato soup and the breakfast/salad bad. The tomato soup, drinks and receipt came out together but the grill cheese never showed up throughout our entire 30 min lunch. The tomato soup was super mushy and tasted weird. The breakfast bar quality was as expected but the salad bad portion was awful. The lettuce was old and discolored. There were hardly any grape tomatoes or cheese left. They weren’t replacing the parts of the bar that were empty, so what’s the point of paying $14 to eat at the salad bar when major parts of it are of bad quality or totally missing? Also where is our grilled cheese this entire time? It literally never came and our waitress never appeared again. I like Frisch’s but this wasn’t the best time.

Horrible horrible horrible. Changed menu. Did away with some of the items that made them who they are. Salad bar was missing ladles and how can you not have ranch dressing. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, nope didn't have any. Last trip to any Frischs. I would say this cincinnati staple is going to be the next chain to close its doors.

Sadly waitress could not hold her eyes open and was obviously high. We kept smelling things burning in kitchen. Not writing this to get someone in trouble but in hopes of getting this person help...it was not THC products that were causing them to nod out. Addiction is serious and claims too many loved ones!

Went to the bridgewater location and the food and service was excellent! We’ve been a few times over the last two years and the food and service hasn’t always been the greatest but tonight they stepped up their game. Sounds like they have a new cook and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. Great job to the staff tonight 8/4/22!
