This morning was a buy one, get one free day. The drive thru was slamming. I waited inside to place my order. I was impressed by how well every employee kept their composure, during my wait time. They worked so well together, under pressure. Drinks are always made to perfection, even when they are extremely busy. ? highly recommend the frozen caramel marble.
The employees are great and always nice. I've never gotten the incorrect drink/food.I will say I wish management would stop making the employees skimp on cream cheese. Bagels are SO incredibly dry without it. I've been to many Biggby's and have never been to one, except the other Hamilton one, that puts so little cream cheese. Will never order another bragel from either location, which is sad because they're delicious at all other locations.

They always make a good coffee but never stay open those last few minutes till 8. I get off at 10 till and try to make it before 8 but most of the time they close at like 5 minutes till. The sign says 8 pm it drives me nuts when they close before the posted time
