Worst and slowest service ever! Never any cars in drive thru they pull you up to curb with no car behind you, then make you wait 20 min for order without 1 single other person waiting. Brand new store. Needs new management always a mess slow and rude people working the window.

They were short staffed but the man let me know right away that there would be a wait. I appreciated that. Food was great as usual. My only issue was I expected my loaded burrito to be a loaded burrito and it just had some sausage and eggs but I'm not mad I just know not to order it anymore lol

This place keeps getting slower and slower. Everytime im there doesnt matter if im the only car they make me pull in a spot. Lately they are out of Coke and mushrooms. Juat went through the drive threw tonight and they are out of Coke,Sprite and tols us they closed the fryers down ealry and could not make the Chicken Tenders we wanted to order.

So disappointed first time here and food was gross. They forgot my fries my chicken strips taste like old grease couldn't even eat them. They weren't busy and pulled me so my food should of been fresh not old tasting grease

Seriously took an hour for delivery food arrived cold and I paid $3 for a large fry just to have the box only half filled. Burger bun is burnt and hard and cold. $17 for a crappy meal, and I love Hardee’s mushroom and Swiss and this just wasn’t satisfying. Will not order again. Thought 3rd times a charm and wrong again.

Friendly service and good food only thing that is a issue is they don't have your food super fast they had three cars waiting in line in the front of the store but we didn't have to wait very long for are food

Yesterday I went thru the DT for some chicken tenders, and they were great. This morning we wanted to try their breakfast, so I used doordash, and it was delivered super fast, our order was correct, and it tasted great! First experiences with Hardee's and I love it.
They need help w it th training. More employees. Same as all fast food at this time due to covid. I do support Hardee's and all other fast-food and commend them on being there for their communities.

Really inconvenient asking for correct change at dinner time. After leaving to get cash, came back to a few selection. After spending $25.00, we still was treated like we weren’t valued. To be the only Hardee’s in Cincinnati, attitude made me not want to come back.
