“FOOD ALLERGY: While the staff was so nice & patient - it’s just not food allergy safe. I notified the staff of our severe ANA food allergies, they gladly wiped things down & changed gloves. We triple checked every item going on the sandwiches. Both dairy allergy family members still had a reaction unfortunately.Dietary restrictions: Not food allergy safe.“
“I work here so in my own opinion it's the best thing ever. But we are only human and we make mistakes just like anyone who breathes air, and we are very understaffed so we try our very best to fix anything we may have messed up and if your order is a delivery I promise we try to get it out to the customers as fast as we can. If it's late it makes us at Jimmy John's just as upset, if not more so, than the customers who have had to wait on their orders. We all try as hard as we possibly can not to make anyone wait for their food, FREAKY FAST for all orders is our top objective, but when we don't have enough help inside or on the road then sometimes it just can't be helped. Please try to be patient and understanding, we didn't forget about you and we understand that you probably have better things to do than wait for someone who is driving their own vehicle, that they have to pay to have fixed, to put fuel in and maintain out of their own pocket (Jimmy John's is not responsible for wear and tear on our own personal cars) could be kind of inconvenient. We enjoy seeing all of your orders going out FREAKY FAST AND FRESH, and have actually gotten into some serious altercations over orders being late going out the door.
