I had ordered a Mac and cheese and family meal and got home and got the wrong food , I ended up getting a bowl with potatoes, corn , gravy , and chicken . However when I called on 3 different phones each time I called the lady who answered was extremely rude and just yelled I can’t hear you and kept cutting us off . Very rude and the food was extremely dry and disgusting. I will not be eating here again .

I just went through kfc on northwest Washington on the Westside of Hamilton. We got the $20 dollar box with 4pcs chicken 12 nuggets french fries and biscuits. Then ordered a lg come slaw and 6 hush puppies. Spent 31 dollars and the WORST dinner if my life!! The nuggets were so old and hard as a rock! Hush puppies were old and hard couldn't eat either of them. Didn't get my French fries at all! No receipt and nobody answered the phone when I called!! The cooler side was good that's about it!! 31 dollars in the trash!! ??

The food is usually good but forget about ever getting what you order. In 5 years of going here I think 2 orders have been correct.
Food is awful chicken is burnt and tables are sticky. Staff is not concerned about the quality of the food they are serving.

I am an international student from Bangladesh. We have KFC back at home. And the taste of fried chicken was much better there. Here in Hamilton, I have tried their 2 pc Chicken Drum and Thigh with Mashed Potato Gravy and Pepsi combo. To me, the chicken meat didn’t taste fresh and felt like undercooked. Tastewise Chicken Fries in our country from Bangladesh KFC were way better. I don’t know if they change cooking style country wise.

Worst food I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. The chicken was way over cooked and dried out, was supposed to be original, and was harder than the extra crispy . Couldn’t eat two the pieces. The chicken wing they gave me of the three white piece dinner that I ordered was so small there was no edible part of the wing, even the biscuit was rockhard. I took it back to the store employee there said well we’re replace it but that’s the way it supposed to be, meaning the replacement chicken they were going to give me would be just as bad as what I brought back I told him they could just keep it. I didn’t even want to refund. I just will not ever eat there again Very disappointed.
