I’ve always called to place my pizza order over the phone, well this last time that I called I was told I couldn’t. I was told I had to place my order online. I go online and try to place my order and I’ve gotten the same error message all 3Xs. I’ve tried calling them 4Xs and no one answered the phone. Horrible service. Also not everyone has internet to place orders online. This is so inconvenient

The man taking orders "looked like a manager" seemed very frustrated that I asked two questions. Rolled his eyes both times. Slid out boxes across the counter, I still said thank you, and he just turned and went back to the register. His attitude was terrible. I won't return. I'm a manager in a busy restaurant but I understand that customers are the reason I get a pay check.

You guys might want to remove the big sign that says “Customer Promise, we promise to serve every customer their pizza how they want it with a smile, no matter what” cause that definitely isn’t the service this place gives you. More like attitude and slinging your pizza at you with one hand and a “here you go”This place couldn’t get any more ghetto.
Doordashed from this location the pizza was way under cooked to the point where i had to put it back in the oven. And the pizza is cut like a toddler cut it. I understand being tired but damn its not that
