Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and this Marcos doesn’t seem to be able to follow directions. I ordered one with extra cheese, both well done, both with Parmesan crust, and both with garlic sauce dipping cups. The pizza didn’t look like it had an extra cheese. Both were not well done, nor did either have Parmesan crust and neither had the garlic sauce dipping cups. I stop ordering from here about a year ago because they could get orders correct. I thought I would try again but it still seems they haven’t changed.

Waited two hours for pizza that was undercooked and cold.They also forgot our salad and dipping sauce....atleast the driver went back for itNeeds new management.

I’m sitting here at 1:10 minutes waiting for a salad and breadsticks/cheesy bread. I called the store and the internet manager told me it would be another 30-45 minutes. She could not look up my order, didn’t seem to know what I ordered and was just a rude idiot. Of course she charged my card $37 for a salad and bread. This is the Hamilton, Ohio store on Saturday Dec 2, 2023 at 7:00 PM. Then to complain to corporate they want to charge you money to pay for some kind of complaint service. This store is a scam run by idiots. Beware.

I get this location door dashed to me all the time and I've never been disappointed. The food is always great! And they never forget items unlike LaRosa's in Oxford who legit forgets the whole pizza ? this Marcos location is the best pizza in my area and just the thin crust for the first time and wow soooo good. Thanks guys keep it up!
I have ordered 3 times from here for movie nights in the mancave. My first time being 1 month ago. Food a has been hot and fresh each time. The App however does need a little work. I have to reset my password alot which is a not good from an IT Guy perspective.

Whenever I have ordered from Marco's the staff has been very friendly over the phone and a fun arrival when picking up my order in store I've only had them deliver a few times in the drivers have been very polite as well great customer service keeps doing good things
