I ordered lightly baked, as I have trouble swallowing.I asked 3 x when I ordered for a receipt, as I pre-paid with a card.My food was hard-edges burnt! I was told one price when I ordered...they charged a larger amt AND I GOT NO RECEIPT!I called the store back; they are ALWAYS RUDE! Man answered "no receipt I can't do anything about it" which he repeated 3 xHe hung up B4 I could tell him I can't eat food delivered-too hard.Never again!

Do not order from this papa John’s they can’t understand basic instructions. I ordered with a card they showed with a DoorDash driver asking for cash. Then they want an extra tip on top of the tip I gave papa John’s. Ultimate bad experience not to mention they showed up an hour and 15 minutes later. So now I’ve paid 50$ for a 20$ pizza that i ordered an hour ago. Just unreal.

I've been increasingly disappointed with the food quality from Papa John's and kept saying I wasn't going to order from them anymore. However, somewhat reluctantly, I tried them again tonight and after this pizza, it will definitely be the last one I'll ever get from them. The had a Halloween special - a "Jack 'O Lantern Pizza" for $10.99. I coughed up for delivery and a tip because it's raining and I didn't want to go out. So with those costs figured in, it was $18.99 with the delivery time at 53-63 minutes. The driver showed up in the specified time, but I have to wonder if the pizza was finished early and sat around for a while before the driver left with it. What I got was a luke warm, uncut, thin crust pizza shaped like a pumpkin with pepperoni arranged to look like a smiley face and two (count 'em, two) black olives for pupils. I ate it, but it was the worst pizza I ever got from them. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. I've given this place too much of my money and way more chances than they deserve. No more. I just saw a recent episode of Family Guy making fun of Papa John's and how bad it is. Perhaps I should have taken a cue from that.

This store has been a NIGHTMARE for the past 2 years when it comes to delivery! Are they using door dash or something?? They are not apologetic when your order is very late and cold, which is the worst part.Either way, after yet another bad delivery experience on Friday, we will no longer be patrons.

I get extra cheese every time I order pizza, but NEVER get it. There’s just one lady at the Main Street location, that actually gives me what I pay for. Might sound like a petty compliant, but there’s barely enough cheese to cover half of the pizza. The employees there are nice, but need to stop being so cheap with the ingredients.

I placed an order with them and to be fair it was a nightmare. I was charged twice. The manager was rude as hell. I cannot state how irrated I was with these people. Thier customer support page puts you right to the person that totally screwed things up - again do yourself a favor - go somewhere else.

I placed a delivery order and my boneless order was wrong; it was supposed to be barbecue as you clearly can see on the container but we received dry no sauce chicken. I called the store and the manager lady was very rude and actually hung up on me the second time she called me back. I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for over 2 years and I’ve never been treated this way. It’s not my fault you all messed up MY order. After the managers nasty attitude we simply just cancelled the replacement and got food which was correct from else where! I’m so disappointed. Whom ever that manager was working on 7/12/23 she needs customer service training. I will not be ordering from this particular place again.

Ordered over the phone and requested to pick up on the Westside our order went to Bridgewater. We called back and got the manager on Winford Ave. She was so rude. She said the center is outside of the country. We said why not hire ppl from inside the country who knows where the Westside is? She wound not give us the # for the DM. I’m not sure who the manager was 7/3/22 at 11:30 last night, but she needs to be re-trained. Horrible customer service!
