This place is a disgrace to our community. They are so dirty and they don't wash hand when they smoke inside and there is a cat outside they don't wash hands there.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with our pizza delivery. Our order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, and when the driver tried to rectify the situation, one of the pizzas had already been consumed by the unintended recipient. Though the restaurant attempted to remake our order, it took over an hour and a half, leading us to cancel as it still hadn’t arrived. Despite being located just 4 minutes away, we were informed that the pizza was out for delivery which wasn’t the case. Based on this experience, I’d advise against ordering from here if you’re expecting a timely meal.

We placed the order online at 6:52pm. Order #0132 at the Bridgewater location. The estimated time of pickup was between 7:48 to 7:58pm. I arrived at 7:55pm and was told that it would be another hour before my food would be ready. I decided to go back home instead of waiting in the parking lot with everyone else. I get a notification at 8:20pm that my food was ready... I called before I drove in for confirmation. It was ready. I would have stayed the 15-20 minutes. I pick up my order and get it home to find that there were issues with each of the 3 items I ordered. I ordered pepperoni stuffed crust, but did not get pepperoni in the stuffed crust and I was missing toppings from my pizza also. We ordered Xtra mushrooms on the other pizza, but you could barely see any mushrooms. The cheese bread was supposed to be the Tuscan 6 cheese, but it was the original cheese bread. For the hassle it was not worth the wait especially with all the wrong items and missing ingredients. I don't order from this location a lot and after having conversations with other patrons it seems this might be the last. A suggestion... if the food will be late, please make sure it's at least correct.

2 pepperoni pizzas for 35 bucks? Papa johns has no business charging over 10 bucks for this quality of pizza even on there best day but there was a long hair on our pizza and the stuffed crust sucked so go somewhere else.

My daughter and I have ordered from here many times and we have never had issues. Yes, they have been short staffed at times, but they still have always been friendly and have gotten our food out in a respectable amount of time. The food is hot and tastes great and I have never had a complaint. I highly recommend.

The pizza was dry and mostly bread than anything. Get home with it and it wasn't even cut. And then call the manager, and she wants to tell me to bring the pizza back to them all the way crossed town. After getting home instead of just being nice enough to just refund me my money.

Ordered delivery, didn't get our 2 liter, also paid $19 for a medium pizza with extra cheese a 4 toppings, what's toppings were on there were all in the middle and barely any cheese. Also had to give delivery driver a $10 tip because they didn't have change. So not only did I have to pay for things I didn't get I had to pay an extra 5 for them to not even deliver the whole order. I'll never order from here again.
When I went inside to pick up my pizza, I saw employees with long, stringy hair hanging down. Some wearing dirty looking clothes. One kid was still wearing a book bag making pizzas. Some guy with long facial hair.Why aren't they made to wear hair nets? Or, at the very least, have their hair pulled up away from the food. Maybe some aprons and clean work shirts?Nobody wants people like that handing their food.

Well tonight I called and had a few problems about the free pizza coupons that get mail out I first went to the Papa John's by my house and was talked to rudely the lady didn't have much patients with me or my problem, but I then call the Papa John's at Bridgewater and not only did I not get treated rude but the lady named Nikki was very patient with me and had all the answers I was looking for she was kind and patient. Even told me if I had any more problems or any future problems feel free to call her anytime she is a store manager and said she can help me with any pappajohn discrepancies i may have. God Bless Her.
