Ordered a small Philly cheesesteak with extra provolone, and bell peppers added! Got home, and sandwich was pathetic! The steak looked like coffee grounds, burned, almost no cheese, and if there were peppers and onions, they were disintegrated! I was disappointed and disgusted! I loved Penn Station, My dinner went in the trash! The female at the register was so busy chewing something, I could hardly understand what she was saying! I understand why there was not a customer in sight, on Saturday evening at 6:00, most people’s dinner time! I will find another one, if I decide to have that again! 3/9/24
