First of all, your employees were fantastic. My food was ready promptly. It was hot and delicious. I don’t eat a lot of fast food but Pizza Hut is a level above and part of that is your employees!Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian for longer than I remember. I always get cheese pizza(I know cheese may contain enzymes that are derived from cows). Veggie pizzas here are great too(onion and green pepper is yummy.
The food is almost always on time, very hot and prepared correctly. Thank you!

The address you gave me via email with my order confirmation took me to an empty building. The staff was fully aware that your directions took me to a vacant building. Some of us have limited lunch breaks.

Food was good except for the last two times I've ordered and didn't receive everything I paid
I have always had a great experience at this location. Everyone is very helpful and polite.Example i ordered Xtra cheese and ordering online does not specify a Xtra fee but they called me from the store to confirm I wanted Xtra even at a up charge. I appreciate that.

Need to cancel answering service it isn’t personal
Ordered 70$ worth of food paid cash only to realize half my order is not even there. Then called into the customer service line 4 different times just to keep getting transferred back to the stores direct line that they’re apparently refusing to answer. Cant get ahold of anyone to get the food delivered after an hour and a half waiting for the wrong order to be dropped off at my door. Super unprofessional.

Pizza crust was old and stale. Food arrived 30 mins later than estimated. They used Door dash as a driver, they werent using a thermal bag. Pizza arrived cold.

I was getting ready to order from Pizza Hut at the Hamilton location I haven't been there in many many years but due to the commercials for the 699 deal I was going to place an order but after reading all the negative feedback I will no longer order from them so good luck Pizza Hut sounds like you're stinking sad cuz you used to be really good I'm just going to go to Richard's where we know it's all the best

Please be nice to the store manager, he needs his job so he can pay his child support for the child he hates. Js, calm down, please, we all know he’s incompetent so give him the chance to make the pizza worse, I mean better. He needs this job to help support the child he abandoned. FYI he will probably quit once he gets served papers, he’s a runner, so there is hope for a manager who actually can make stuff right. So hang in there Hamilton, like I said once he’s served papers he’ll quit & then maybe you’ll get quality pizza once again! There’s hope!
