Someone please teach Ross Bakery how to make icing and or glaze for a donut. The donuts aren't horrible but their wet glaze and horrible cup cake frostings make this a 1 star donut for my taste. The maple frosting tasted like chemicals and food coloring. I don't just have a bad taste in my mouth about Ross Bakery, I literally have a bad taste in my mouth. Donuts should not leave a ring of moisture on the box or napkin. Take notes from M&M's, melt in your mouth not in your hands.

Had my first donut from Ross BakeryIt was fresh soft and soooo goodI will be back!!!!
Visited this time as part of the Butler County Donut Trail. Excellent Bakery and get there before 9am or you won't get any donuts, maybe 9:30. Because they're so good and be sure to come hungry the donuts are huge! You can't go wrong with either the glazed or cinnamon sugar twist, very airy. The cream filled is also awesome. Check out the elephant ear. I stopped at 4 Bakeries and this was the best for the day.A little pricey, but for the size and quality definitely worth it.

We were working on the Donut Trail. This shop is only open until noon. The donuts we purchased were very fresh but more expensive then other shops were visited.

Always great tasting donuts but the old guy working there on this day seems to be miserable with life in general. (This is the store on Hamilton Cleves Rd. in Ross.)I've had him complain to me in the past about rude customers who don't say you're welcome to him, yet he offers absolutely no response when you say how you doing or have a good one.Todays conversation was "what would you like" and "that's $3.50". No "thanks for stopping in" or "thank you" from him at all.I've actually started bypassing this place and have gone to Mimi's donuts several miles away when I see this guys car in the parking lot.Everyone else that works there are always nice!Hate to see this bakery ruined by this guy.

Picked up a dozen donuts for a work event. Everyone loved them. Imagine my surprise when the receipt did not match the charge on my credit card. Turns out, they automatically added a tip. Future visits will be paid with cash only. I would have gladly given a tip, I was not asked to sign anything and therefore was not given the opportunity to tip. Bad business practice.

The guy behind the counter is rude and not friendly at all. He rushed me to pick in what flavors to get!! The donuts tasted that they were a day old and i was at the bakery at 715 in the morning!!

Very good, but pretty expensive baked goods. High quality, high priced, get there before 10:00 AM or the selection will be horrible.
