Horrible management Ask for extra chili Get home, buy, find out they didn't need and put the chili on it. They should have put on it and my jelly cheese fries. The prize was half code and add 1 tsp a chili on it.talk to mange and she was a kid skyline not like was back in day I thank if you going to be mange you need to be 35 year old are older this place sucks

I came there tonight and I am highly disappointed. We barely got any chili on our spaghetti and it was dry as if it was days old. The staff was too busy playing around in the kitchen they couldn't properly take my order. I pull up to the window and they are still laughing and playing around. This is not acceptable.

The food was awesome! The coney, with jalapeno cheese was great. The price is great. Our server, I cannot remember her name(it's been a couple days), but she was EXCELLENT!

12-6-2023. The night lady manager is the worst, needs coaching. Went to the drive thru and ordered a simple buffalo chicken side salad, two blue cheese. Drive thru girl comes on the speaker and says "so a chef salad with shredded cheese?". No, i want a buffalo chicken side salad with 2 blue cheese. Drive thru girl came back and asked "is that a regular burger or cheese burger?" I figured I'll give it one more try. A buffalo chicken side salad with two blue cheese. Drive thru girl asked "what size fries?". I left the drive thru and went inside to do the order, and let the manager know that the girl in the drive thru girl isn't paying attention, getting my order wrong. The manager girl proceeds to tell me it is none of my business, that the system is new. I, again mentioned that the drive thru girl isn't paying attention and was getting my order wrong. Manager girl starts arguing with me and then says "I'm not taking your order and you are rude, get out of the store." Her attitude started to spill over to others. I didn't get mad or raise my voice till that happened. My next reaction was not the best, i told her to goto h*!!, and left. Went to Gold Star and got what I wanted with ease. Guess Gold Star it is here on out.

I was going to urgent care and in front of skyline I seen a Young man being yelled at in front of the store by a grown woman that led to him crying which I did not appreciate that was one of the most unprofessional things I've seen in my life do better skyline this is supposed to be a family

This is a pretty good Skyline, The crew is great! Doesn't take long to get food at all, plenty of spaghetti, little light on Chile, tons of cheese & onion.
Had a to-go order so can't really say much about the service or Atmosphere. But my friend went and picked it up and came back hoping it would be a better experience than Gold star chili. Sadly it was not. Like Gold star chili (I got the Chili cheese fries) I was very disappointed. The fries were cold and tasted raw. My friend even asked them to make the fries "well done" but they were not. They did put a lot of cheese on them but that was the only good part. I ended up tossing them out. My friend had the Chili cheese dogs and Cheese fries and he was disappointed as well. His fries tasted raw and the hot dogs were cold and raw. I guess we will have to drive all the way to Price Hill Chili to get some excellent Chili and cheese fries. I paid over $25.00 at Skyline for crummy food.

What can I say , the place was clean ,dinning room ,restroom and tables . Atmosphere was nice also. I've been to some and I never went back ,but this one is a good place to go with your kids. Oh one thing front doors hard to open when entering with a wheelchair .
