Everytime I go there they take 15 minutes an order, and it’s always wrong. Not only that but the employees are very disrespectful, especially tonight. It’s 9:50 and they close at 10, yes I got there late but they’re still open, and the lady says the kitchens closed so I was like can I still order food and she said no, just drinks. I said I y’all are still open though how can I not get food and drove away. I passed the window to some crackhead looking chick flicking me off through the window. I stopped, confronted her but she ran off. TERRIBLE Employees and service and needs fixed.

I like Sonic, it's got more variety than the 3 big chain burger places. Some times a little slow but food is always fresh and hot. You can get any item on the menu from open to close, which is Awesome.Kid-friendliness: Always been treated very well here! Staff is young but respectful and nice.

Sonic I’m overall disappointed in your service. I had order food from here and it was RAW. The fries was UNDERCOOKED and my milkshake was completely wrong. I tried to call to have it be remade and I got no answer. Keep in mind this happen on October 29th. I called for 2weeks at this location to then having to call corporate and request a refund they told me that they will call me with 48hrs on Nov 2nd. Fast forward to today I still ain’t get no call back, I had been making multiple attempts to resolve the issue and all I get is a customer service rep stating they have to put a ticket in. I WILL NEVER GIVE YAL MY MONEY AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING MY STORY ABT MY EXPERIENCE ON ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA.

This places takes too long at the drive thru, they're rude and don't seem like they want to work and they barely get the orders right. I tried to call and complain today because they didn't warn me that they didn't have marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks and got home to find out I didn't have any I was pissed but the phone is either dead or someone is on it so the manager or owner needs to be firing some people asap!!!

Just left. First time coming here in a LONG time, I see nothing has improved. I ordered, waited 15 minutes in line with nobody in front of me. My cheeseburger has so much ketchup and mustard on it that it was a sloppy dripping mess just had been thrown together. They put no onion on my burger, so we went and asked for onion. They gave me diced onion. They also gave no marinara sauce for our medium HARD cheese sticks. Our boneless bbq wings had little to no bbq on them. To top it off, we got one napkin. Literally one napkin and NO receipt.I should have just risked my order by going to McDonalds, even McDonald’s couldn’t mess up this bad. What a waste of food, gas, and my last $20. Thanks Sonic!

Third and final time trying this location. First time the location shut down over half an hour early due to low staffing. Second time they forgot the sides and extra cheese and chili that I was charged for. Tonight my initial order of a Reece's Blast was confused for a strawberry something and I guess the machine wasn't cleaned because strawberry flavoring is what I THINK I tasted, that or someone dumped fruity perfume in the mix. I'm kinda pissed that I just spent $7 on this ice cream and more pissed that I can't make myself eat it with the perfume fruit and Reece's cup together. I almost spent $10 as I had to remind the cashier I needed change and I wasn't given a receipt. After almost 10 min for ice cream at that point I didn't think to ask for one, was just grateful they didn't argue about my change.**After reading other reviews I'm wondering if I didn't taste spoiled milk, not cross-contaminated berry flavoring.

Worst that I've ever had from Sonic. Burger was soggy and did not have all the correct toppings that are listed. I threw half of it in the trash.Did not receive all of my order. Was upset then, but now I feel that I came out ahead. It's been a year since I've eaten anything from there, and I doubt if it won't be at least a year until I try it again.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this sonic is terrible, I can't tell you the amount of times I've had issues here. Just today I tried to give them another shot and waited over 40 minutes for one small shake, I placed my order while no one was there and watched multiple people be served and leave before me.

I shop for UberEats and pulled up to pickup my order, they took it as if it was a regular order and covered the cost so I’m unsure as to if their system isn’t bringing in orders or what but I now have to wait incredibly long for this order to be made (which should have already been made due to my customer ordering online from here) and situations like this drastically affect my tips and everything considering it’s now going to take forever for the order to get made. There’s always some type of problem I encounter at this location and it’s ridiculous.

I wish I could remember this girls name .But she will know when she reads this .i love to order ice and or ice water .I can't have carbonated drinks or real sugar .so I'm limited .even tea bothers me .So I was asking if they had sugar free slushes .I was told to try a sf raspberry and blackberry (mixed) with water .She was so kind .She let me try this .And I ended up loving it so much .now it's all I ever order .Thank you for being so sweet and helping me find the drink that was right for me .This girl is good for your business! She deserves a raise .
