If I could give it 5 stars below totally sucking. After 20 min the waitress threw our silverware on the table. Finally after getting clean silverware, we ordered only to find that they was closing for remodeling. When they open again you will order, pay, and sit. One could only hope it gets better

Their favorite word is SORRY. This Hamilton Ohio location is suffering in customer service. My family refers to this place as “sorrysâ€. Twice we counted the number of times the waitress said sorry after not having good service and forgetting the order. One waitress volunteered a sad life's story over and over as she was saying this was why she couldn't give good service. It was awkward and sad. We were there with friends and we couldn't help but shake our heads when she talked. She said sorry also after messing up several times. Management needs upgrading and a better staff sought. We like the food and shakes but often times drive by because of the experience the last few years.

We were having a rough night and my daughter was crying and our server Kayleigh made our experience great. She brought her out her favorite shake right away and made her smile. Our food was brought out right away and everything was great! Thank you Kayleigh!

I would give it no stars if I could. Drive thru not working have a sign on it that you can't read at night when inside waited 20 minutes to be served just for an iced tea to go finally came back I see had no ice in it tasted like coffee and it was the worst thing, I left
we literally walked in and right back There was 2 tables clean in the entire restaurant I'm assuming they were clean because they were not covered in dishes, it looked like an entire order of fries on the floor. We thought about staying but we were too disgusted with the front of the place we decided the food prep area probably wasn't too much better

I don't even want to give one star from the service we had last night!! I don't think we're ever go back... Never serve cold food! It's that simple. Not even counting that we had to wait 40 minutes for 2 waters and three sodas.. Poor poor poor service!!

Lady that sat us never smiled... rolled her eyes at us. Lady that took my order was amazing and tried hard to make up for the bad experience. Fire the cussing and lazy cooks and start new because this store will not last. The 2 ladies that served food were the only good things in that place
