This is very difficult for me to say because I love your food!!! Well, when it's prepared correctly. But I will not be finding out if the issues get taken care of. I won't be backI'm not on here complaining about a 1 time instance. I used to go to your restaurant 2 or 3 times a week but after today's dinner I won't return. You all haven't had mild sauce for over a week and I understand it happens but get it corrected. This is not the reason for this post, I can deal with that. However what I refuse to deal with is the lack and disregard I have repeatedly experienced. I have expensive dental work and have requested multiple times including this recent visit that the preparation of food be fresh. I love the beef chalupa when the shells are soft as they are supposed to be but every time for the past two weeks 5to7 times I have went there the shells are not just a little "sit to long " hard they have been "sit way way past that" I have requested fresh every time without success. I mean I don't expect straight out fresh but I know the difference in a little time passed and a lot of time passed. These at the state they've been in should have been thrown out. This time when I took a bite it literally scratch the roof of my mouth but what was I to do. I got off work and was hungry and with not many options for another meal, I ate it anyway but I have decided to not return. They can't accommodate my wishes then I just can't eat there again. I'm sorry but something needs to be addressed with the employees or more training done. I'm not sure of the steps that need to be taken but it's fine because I'll never know.
Worst taco bell ever ? like how hard is it to put cheese on a freaking taco I even ordered and paid for extra cheese and beef and got more lettuce than anything it's really not.that difficult to put cheese on a taco and make sure the food is actually the right

Took a while for someone to notice I was there waiting to order. Then they told me that if I wanted to pay by credit or gift card I needed to use touch screen behind me. I explained that I will not touch those things where everyone else has touched with their fingers right before I eat my food and I don't want to use them because the menus are never easy to figure out. So I went somewhere else. I probably won't go back to that one anymore since they only have one questionable credit card reader.
Food was really good, order was right, no long waiting, friendly people working.

We live closer to the Main Street Taco Bell and their service and food quality is SO bad we go out of our way to come to this location. The staff is always super nice and regardless if we go through the drive thru or DoorDash, the food is always fire. The quesadillas are always cooked through and toasty and the tacos are stuffed. You guys rock.

I called the manager and Ben told him about my order being messed up he told me that I could return for him to fix it. I did and had to sit in the drive thru line since I came thru the drive thru. Well before 10 and lobby was locked and closed he also stated that he and 1 other person was working at the time. Proceeded to drive thru and the greeter at the window was extremely rude he the. Moves and the young woman came to the window and was like it's just taco bell people be tripping over tacos, I told her it doesn't matter I want what I paid for. She closed the window another man approached asking if I was door dash and then the young man named Benny came and handed me fresh food with a smile and no attitude. I counted workers instead of 2 very poor management and staff except Ben he was amazing. Only 1 star because out of the 5 people they only had 1 star tonight.
