We’ve lived on the west side for a while and come here often. We’ve had good experiences and really bad ones. We went there tonight and could immediately tell they are under new management or something similar because our order was completed a lot more professionally than normal. Unfortunately we were still missing items which pretty much always happens here so make sure to check your bags before you drive home but overall this place is improving and we hope it continues to do so since this is our go to late night or quick food.Parking: Lots of parking

Worst fast food restaurant on the west side. Went through drive thru, and waited for 20 minutes and did not get all food ordered, and what we did get was incorrect. Did not realize until home. Try to call and the phone is off the hook. Not the first bad experience, but will be the last. Never returning.
My daughter and I we only eat the Mexican pizzas thank God Taco Bell brought them back. ?❤️

The food is the same that we have all come to expect from Taco Bell. The main difference from this location compared to others is the speed and accuracy. In the time that my family, wife and three children, and I had filled our cups and made it back to our table, our order was ready and was 100% correct.

I order this alot and everytime I do I say never again , I will remove sour cream off of everything just to get mine with none and everytime It comes there is sour cream on only my stuff makes no sense . READ THE DAMN SCREEN .

We ordered two Mexicans pizzas not long ago about a half hour ago. They messed up the order. I called and asked for a manager. The manager answered and once I asked for a credit he said “yea yea yea just come in the morning and they will take care of you.” I asked him what his name was so I could tell the 1st shift manager who I spoke with. Right as I asked for his name he started having “phone trouble”. I called back and someone picked it up and hung up. I called once more with no answer.

By far the worst food I have ever been served (This includes my 4 years of active duty in the Army). There was only 1 vehicle ahead of me… yet it took nearly 20 minutes to receive my order. I get home and notice that all of the tacos had been premade and had been sitting for quite some time as the bottoms were complete mush. All 3 tacos were completely smashed. One of the tacos had a fry shoved in it (perhaps an added treat for the wait). The chili cheese burrito was definitely hours old as it was hard and dry. I always add sour cream to them so that they are made fresh… not in this case. Instead they ripped open the crusty burrito and squirted in a dose of sour cream (appreciate the effort). So they obviously saw the condition it was in prior to serving it. To top it off… no sauce despite asking for extra. $16 for something I wouldn’t feed a stray dog. I’m left wondering why the wait if the food was sitting around in a warmer? I suppose that is to ensure I never return.P.S. The wait worked… I will never return. Hopefully this chain fails as it never fails to disappoint.

You can't really call this Mexican food, if so it's bad Mexican food, good if your drunk or only have $5 bucks on you. Well it's Taco Bell what can one say. Order is 90% of the time wrong or missing something. Lack of Management is Obvious. Can tell it's ran by teenagers at least in the evenings. I honestly wonder what is in the meat of if it's even meat?Kid-friendliness: Here take your order that's more than likely wrong and just go away feel!

The food is good you don't always get everything you ordered. Drive thru is terrible especially if you go after 5. The dinning room was closed so we had to go through the drive thru. we got pulled forward along with about 5 other cars we waited for over 30 minutes for someone to bring out our food and then we were missing stuff. The girl running the food out was extremely apologetic and seemed just as confused as us.
