Shrinkflation is real. Soft tacos that are barely 3 bites and a chicken quesadilla that was as thin as could be - I couldn't even tell if there was chicken. I was craving Taco Bell, but I'll think better of it next time.Very disappointing and very expensive. Won't be back.

Online it says they closed at 3am.. I called just to make sure they were still open at 1:30am and they said yes. Showed up at 1:44am pulled up to order and they said they were closed already.. very unprofessional I recommend avoiding this taco bell if it's later in the day.

Everytime we get tacos at this taco bell, they're almost empty shells, and it's everytime!!! If I wanted to buy a shell I'd go to the grocery store. It's just ridiculous how you pay for something and get as little as possible. So I'm rating the Taco Bell in Ross, Ohio as cheap and not worth paying for an empty shell!!! ???????

How hard is it to make a burrito? Ordered 4 of the same burritos and all 4 of them were made different. Something was left off of everyone of them. It's amazing how these places struggle with the simple task.

Easily the worst taco bell to exist . You dont think it can get worse than a regular taco bell . Oh it can and this one does . I haven't return since . last time i was there they prioritized drive thru like its 1960. And i waited for a simple order of mine inside , for 40 mins . Then ask for a refund then all sudden they made the order .This location is ran by a bunch of teens who have no idea whats going on or any training or order of a sort . Its easily the worst food choice in ross .And that is saying something considering all the rest of em are being ran by teens who dont care what they send out because they dont wanna pay a acceptable wage for adults to live on , so the ones who work there teens or adults dont care its just a job.was excited to find out a taco bell in ross was going happen , and it being near . But this place is not good at all , I bet i could find multiple health violations in there .
