We had one issue with the food but it was fixed quickly and without issue. Our server was very sweet and accommodating. My 15yr old autistic nephew is picky about his fries and when I explained this and asked for a fry to show him she brought him a few different sizes. The only issue I had with the atmosphere is loud music and loud talkers. Music is great but if you have to yell to be heard over it, turn it down.
Great steak cooked and flavored to perfection. Outstanding service. Never a disappointment. Great satisfying experience.

I cannot even rate the food. It was terrible. Asked to have our steaks cooked well done and not burnt. However they were red in the center and burnt on the outside. Sides were mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was plain noodles and seemed to be white cheddar at the bottom of the container. Tasted as if I was just eating noodles.3 tbone steak dinners totaling $106 and it was terrible. Why would the staff serve out food like that.

the only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the host was not a great host. She gave us rolls that weren't hot and fresh and no cin. butter ? We ask for butter and she said, "o ok well i'll have to go scoop it out!" and we were like i'm..ok? and she never returned! The server took care of everything right when she found out though so everything else was good!

Had late lunch this past Sunday, after 35 minutes food finally arrived after I asked to talk to a Mgr, she admitted that our ticket had gotten lost and our food should have taken 15 minutes, offered no real apology or discount or complementary item ,i actually had to send my dried out ribs back for fresh ones ,

We went to this Texas Roadhouse for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had the BEST service we have had in a long time! Our server, Sara, was amazing and so accommodating! We didn’t have to ask for anything as she was already on top of it! Great service! Great time! Thank you so much to everyone working tonight and for making our anniversary so special!
