I made the mistake of going through the drive-thru at Burger King in Heath Ohio for my lunch break little did I know with two cars ahead of me after 22 minutes I was going to have to drive away and go back to work without lunch 22 minutes with only two cars ahead of me that is pathetic I'm not happy at all

This is by fare the worst and slowest burger king I have ever seen. And it's this way ever time I'm here. I am a fan of the food but whoever is running this location should be terminated it has sucked for years and the new building only made it suck cleaner. If you ever come tho the heath location you'll be lucky if there's even 2 people working

Have been here atleast 6 times and EVERY time the wait in the drive through is RIDICULOUS..I wasn't coming back until I went by and seen no cars in drive thru...still asked me to wait to order then 5 mi uses later take my order..2 cheeseburgers and a fry ...15 minutes at the window I finally get my food...I'm not a big complainer but COME ON...it is like this or even longer in the past EVERYTIME

Stopped @ Burger King in Heath on 4/1/2024 & ordered 2 Whopper w/ Cheese. They had already cooked these sandwiches long before I ordered.When we opend them 20 min later & they were Cold & Terrible. Won't go back. I know Burger King is trying to upgrade stores. Precooked Fast Food & Cold is unacceptable.

Side walks are very dirty the staff are more worried about smoking poor management drive thru needs pressure washed district manager needs to do a visit .

Ordered a mobile order through their app and went through the drive thru to pick it up but got stuck waiting over 30mins just for no one to come to the screen to take my order. Couldn’t back up because there was a car behind me and there was a truck in front of me as well so I couldn’t go around to go inside either. By the time I got to the screen, no one came and no one had come to the other lanes speaker either so after a few mins I finally spoke up but still, no one came to the speaker. Never going back and highly do NOT recommended going here. I can understand a lot but even if you’re understaffed, close off the drive thru and if something broke, post a sign on the speaker if you can’t physically go to the speaker to say anything. There’s many things you can do to prevent a 30min wait time.
