Good, fast service. Definitely the better Chipotle of the two in Newark/Heath. There is always fast and accurate service even if they are busy.

The food was good. Service was friendly and good. I asked for napkins and they were out. That is purely management. A restaurant like this knows how many napkins they go through. (please, no covid supply chain excuses) Also EVERY table was filthy, not cleaned. I heard one employee say "I am leaving for the evening" Maybe the manager should have given him 15 minutes overtime to clean some tables. I had intended to eat there but left with my food. I took a photo but will not post it unless I need to. Believe me, every table was dirty and it was 8:00 pm.

It was mostly good, but for some reason my bowl only got half the food as those of the other two people with me. It was a different employee so maybe that's why? Just kinda sucked to spend that much money for half a bowl of food. I'm still rating this restaurant as mostly positive though since we've been there several times and this is the only time this has happened.Dietary restrictions: I have gluten and dairy sensitivities. I have to ask for them to be careful not to get cheese in my guac because the cheese bucket is always next to the guac bucket so there's ALWAYS cheese in the guac. They always seem irritated when I ask this and I get it, but it does stink that they make it difficult to eat with sensitivities. That said, I'm grateful they have options and that I can eat there.

When to this location around 1pm and I understand it’s a busy location. They were out of the chicken pastor which was the only reason we went there try to settle for regular chicken but they were out of fajita vegetables. We were not given the option to wait or told how long it would be before they would have the choices available. Apparently, this location has difficulty managing food with volume of business and doesn’t care about service l. I left without ordering anything. I know Chipotle doesn’t care on missing out on 2 burritos but I know I won’t eat there again.

Don come here after 1030pm I swear I dreaded the drive here since it’s closer bcz a couple days ago the server (lady) who was incharge of the rice n stuff acted so mad that people were still coming at 1030pm so this time I came at 1030 pm again bcz it’s my break from work but today the male worker serving the rice was so madd that people were still coming ..just go to the other chipotle it’s unless u wanna feel bad here thankfull the lady incharge was so nice about it plus their alway out of things by 10like cheese meat

Unfortunately this place is a joke. Chipotle has signs saying they are open until 11 PM now, and yet somehow every single time my husband and I have gone in the last month they are closing up, chairs up on the tables, and out of meat, cheese, chips, salsa etc before 9:30. The meat is always subpar and I swear the white rice always seems to be crunchy. It’s so disappointing considering this place used to actually be good.

They need to talk with the other Chipotles in the area and find out why their rice is so different from all the other stores in the area, maybe do some cross training with other stores? We drive past this one almost everytime just to go to 21st Street.
