I’ve tried Dunkin a few times and each time it’s been wrong but the last time they still messed up my order three times after they replaced it and the last time I got a completely burnt bagel and the wrong donut again so I gave up trying to have them give me the right item. Not sure why they couldn’t get it right after three times but I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else as much as it’s happened to my orders.

Tried to use my rewards for a coffee, I was informed by the girl at the drive thru window, they were not honoring that reward, it was messed up. I showed her I got it off there app. & it took my points. She said it's not her fault. Never got my coffee. Ridiculous. It was just a cup of coffee.

Donuts and yummy drinks...what more is there to say. They have a nice variety of munchkin (donut holes basically) and I love that you can get flavored green tea!Kid-friendliness: Not many kids will turn down a Munchkin (mine will cause she doesn't like donuts, but bonus...more for me!)

My daughter and I go almost every weekend. I was having issues with my drink orders (cold brew, oatmilk and sweet and low). There was never any sweetener in it! I switched to Splenda and VOILA! a decent coffee. Why not just pull sweet & low as an option if you don't have it??
