The 2 employees at night are amazing they made food for me and my 3 family members. My mother in law lives off of 21st Street but instead of going to that location we drive all the way to Heath bc of them.
Have only gone to hotheads a couple times so do not know the menu well, plus I was going through the drive thru and on the phone with my husband to get his order. Food was good but really wanted to leave this review because the young woman who took and fulfilled my order showed wonderful customer service skills and patience dealing with my somewhat slow order. Her name was Hannah.

YUM! So while I can't speak on the service since I had someone pick it up for me, the food was delicious! It's not chipotle, but honestly I think the quality of the veggies and meat was pretty good! And the quality of the greens was faaar better than chipotle IMO. The steak power bowl was delicious. Definitely eating here again.
