Place was very dirty . Waited 30 mins to get our food .Food wasn’t the greatest . Poor management. Short staffed. Dirty dishes . Won’t be going back there again!!!

The service at this IHOP was very slow considering it was more than half empty at the time we arrived. When the food finally came, 2 of the 4 orders were not what we ordered which they did correct but made for an awkward situation. One order took much longer to come to the table than the others. Condiments such as jelly (grape only) and spoons for the coffee showed up at various times during our visit. When I got the check, we were charged for two extra items we did not order. I eventually got a server’s attention who agreed to take the items off but implied that the $2.99 charge for 1 buttermilk pancake was an add-on to the child’s meal. Apparently, the “Happy Face Pancake Combo” does not include the pancake. The revised check removed one item but the pancake charge remained. We were in a hurry so, based on the slow wait times, I paid the bill anyway but was ashamed of myself for leaving any tip at all. The food was ok but the service and mix-ups made for an unpleasant experience for everyone. We will not be back.

I went there for dinner after work on Valentine's Day. It's wasn't crowded. I was seated, given silverware ( the fork had dried food on it), and I asked for a replacement. I ordered our drinks, water, and soda. Waited 15 minutes and asked how much longer we'd have to wait for our food. The hostess said they were short of help. The cook was on break and had the cook for the next shift clocked in early. After all this, I was getting frustrated, I asked again about my food, and was told it'd be out shortly. We were frustrated, so we walked out. Poor service ?

I have been to several ihops, even this particular ihop several times, but none of my dining experiences have compared to my most recent visit. My server was Chase and she was superb. She was attentive and met all needs quickly and efficiently. She made us feel so welcomed and made the overall dining experience fun!

Our server, Chase was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! They were easily accessible and more than willing to get whatever we needed! They were easy to talk to and made us feel so welcome in the restaurant. Truly a great experience with them; I will definitely be asking for them next time I'm in.

Ordered food online, and was very upset when I found out they forgot a whole kids meal. When my wife called to see what options were regarding their mistake. The lady that answered the phone seemed so very confused by everything. She wanted nothing to do with talking to my wife over something simple as a missing item. She then told us to call back in an hour.... So for a mistake that take not more then 5 mins to fix. Now requires an hour for her boss to handle it. That is so sad that the people they employ can't even solve simple solutions.

We got to this iHop with about an hour and a half until we needed to be somewhere nearby. Within that hour and a half, we saw our waitress maybe once and received our drinks from the hostess. Our food did not come out until we were already late, and we never received half of the food we ordered (2 people at our table’s orders). We left dissatisfied with the service and still hungry. We will never be returning.

If there was a negative star that's what I'd give them. Everything about this visit was terrible. Food was wrong and bad all the way around. Service was terrible. Will not return. Avocado toast with no Avocado but cheese that wasn't supposed to be on it. Chicken dried up to Jerry texture in an omelet. The free advertised pancakes weren't but they were the best part of the meal. And to make it better it's February 13th and the a.c. was pumping cold air on our table.

I used my card to pay the bill, and I left a cash tip. I never leave a tip on my , and always use cash for a tip. I put CASH in the tip spot and filled in the total. I checked my bank statement today and the waitress added $6 tip on to my bill. My bill was $28.80. total was $28.80 since I left a cash tip. My bank statement says $34.80. I've called the number to the Heath location and nobody answers, can't leave a message. And I'm an hour away. Pathetic and unprofessional. Can someone please contact me about this matter before I have to drive to the restaurant and make a scene.

To walk into this place it is like a cooler and your food temperature matches. Food was ice cold and not fully cooked. The manager can’t even come talk to customers with raw food.

I got a a four-piece breakfast deal the ham was I don't know it didn't even look real and I got two little tiny pieces of sausage two little pieces of bacon and some crunchy hash browns and I got a biscuit with some sausage gravy on it it was cold the food was lousy and I will never go back ever I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody while I was there I was seeing people sending their orders back because they were cold so don't go there people
