Every time i order pick up, or delivery....they cant seem to get my order right. Unless im standing there watching them....its wrong. Dont bother ordering on the app and "customizing" your order. They obviously cant read the ticket. Order cold subs, with extra mayo, NOT MIKES WAY. still comes greasy with oil and vinegar. Order a portobello cheese steak. No peppers, still has peppers.... 95% of the time. Teach your employees to read, or simplify your tickets. Regardless.....with you prices, DO BETTER!

Never really knew they had hot cooked cheesesteak sandwiches. The cold cut sandwiches have always been great. You need to give them a try in their cheesesteak sandwiches. Good stuff and in my option better than the ones you get from the place Jared used to promote :)

Three stars because good luck calling in an order. I called twice and the phone went unanswered. When I walked in 1 customer was leaving then I was the only customer. I asked if their phones were working and the two workers said they were short-handed. I responded...yea you look really busy. In-store I received prompt and courteous service.

Was told that calorie count doesn't mater between regular and giant. And the difference in cost is why they provided less meat than regular. Manager didn't understand how calorie count works, and was mad about discussing it.
