The Taco Bell next door is constantly wrapped around the buildings and out into the street. 13 cars in line today. Jimmy Johns is a ghost town, not a customer in sight. Their food is so bad that people would rather wait through 13 cars at an understaffed Taco Bell drive through, than choke down that terrible bread. I didn't have time to wait at taco bell, so my choices were 7hr old hot dogs at the gas station, or Jimmy John's. I went for the hot dogs and feel I made the right choice.Fix it Jimmy!!! Start with changing the bread, and then figure out what ever that smell is in there.

The sub was very good with lots of layers. The person at the drivethrough was rude when I asked if I could have the sub heated. Apparently, they don't do hot subs.

Jalapeño chicken wrap is less to be desired. Instead of grilled chicken it's like chicken salad and as you get towards the bottom the dressing is like water so it's running out everywhere instead of having a thick dressing on it. Won't get it again.

I’ve been to some fast Jimmy John’s before but This specific location is the fastest jimmy John’s I have ever been too!!! Employees were in gear and professional. Sandwich was awesome!

I love this location because I can order online when I am running errands, then stop by the drive-through on my way home and my order is ready, and I don’t even need to leave my car! The orders have always been accurate and the ingredients fresh. I recommend the chain and this location in particular.

The story is too long to explain here. I'll just say I will never buy anything from a Jimmy John's again. I lost $35.00 on an order from the Heath store. They said there was nothing they could do about it. I wrote a letter to the corporate offices. They said because this is a franchise they couldn't help. I purchased a log from Jimmy John's but never again. What a poorly run company. Their customer service stinks.
