The food was quick to deliver but it wasn't as hot as I thought it was going to be when it showed up I was really kind of down about that part but it tasted good nonetheless and I was extremely happy with the customer service that I got from the call in and from the delivery

Upon arrival I received a text screenshot from my wife that pizza pickup was ready. I had to wait another 15 or 20 minutes to get my order and a person with a much larger order received her order late as well. My wife is dairy free and I failed to act as quality control for this store(566 Hebron Road, Heath, OH) and because I didn't catch it she was not able to eat pizza. We received 2 cheese pizzas instead of a cheese and non-dairy(not including the rest of the order) learn from my mistake and check every pizza since they failed to do so!!! My wife and I both tried to call the store for the next hour after arriving home and just kept getting the oncall center who transferred us to the store. We never got an answer after atleast 7 tries.

The call center lady at Papa John’s kept charging my card & told me it wouldn’t go through when I had money on it. Then she sent me to a dead end voice mail. She also tried to charge me 52$ but then when I called back & pressed 5 a nice lady named Becca answered & she was so kind & listened. She then took my order for me & she said it was only 36$ when the call center lady tried to charge 52$! Becca did a wonderful job at helping me with my order!

Eh, it’s ok. The pizza tastes good but they overdo it on the sauce. I usually have to peel the cheese back to scrape most of it off bc it’s just excessive, even if you ask for light sauce. But it does taste good, it’s cheap and the people who work there are nice. Just chill on a the gallon of sauce a little bit!

WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM POPPA JOHNS AGAIN !!!!!!!I called in my order and ordered a stuffed crust calzone and a small order of cheese sticks. The person on the phone read back my order and it was correct. When I arrived the cheese sticks was the only thing ready. The lady at the cash register said the person on the phone messed up and didn't put the calzone on the order. She said it be 15 min I understood what happened and said ok. I then asked her if I could get a fresh cheese stick also since I had to wait on the calzone. I didn't think they would be good sitting that long plus the ride home. The lady at the cash register asked a girl named CAM to put a new cheese stick in cam looked at her and myself and said "IM NOT DOIN IT. THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THOSE CHEESE STICKS. ITS NOT MY FAULT THE ORDER WAS WRONG" I told her it wasn't my fault either. They read back my order and it was correct. Then the lady at the cash register continued to tell me 3 other pizza places in town that have good calzones sending me away to buy my dinner at a competitor of yours. I'm not sure if they gave me the real name of "CAM" She is a very heavy set girl with blonde hair with very dark roots and glasses. She was VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO MAKE POPPA JOHNS MISTAKE RIGHT. I was willing to wait. All I asked for is fresh food.!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER EAT POPPA JOHNS AGAIN!!!!!!

I don't know what people are complaining about. The last 3 times I ordered, it was done quickly and correct. Pizza and bread sticks really good. Sure, the parking lot is small and the area looks a little run down but still okay to go every once in a while.

It seems to have gone a bit downhill the last few times we have been there, but still a good place to get pizza! Wait times are much longer than posted, and things aren't usually ready when the app/website says it will be.
