Now an Italian place.Chicken Parm had a greasy wet crust. No seasoning. They slapped a slice of provolone on top and called it a day.

Just not a good restaurant in my opinion. The food was terrible. The Italian sub was just a pile of meat with a piece of cheese on the most plain sub bun. You have to request the lettuce, tomato and onion. Still pretty tasteless. No baking the sub, no seasoning, no Italian dressing. Really a waste of calories. It was just crappy.The ribeye ( didn't look or taste like a ribeye) was also pretty tragic. The first one was a thin piece of overcooked steak. Brown all the way through, no seasoning, just awful. Sent it back reluctantly, and it was still over cooked but it was so thin how would you not overcook it? The salad had to be requested as well but pretty tasteless. The mashed potatoes and gravy was tasteless as well and tasted like instant potatoes. Seasoning would have helped and they were just so dense.The only good things were the french fries were good and the green beans.I would never eat there again. A waste of money and time. I wouldn't even no where to begin to fix this place.

Tried the new Italian place tonight. First, the food wasn’t bad and it came out pretty quickly. It was lacking flavor but it wasn’t like I thought it would be based on other reviews. Decent enough, but pricey. Second, the decor is awful. Definitely needs a LOT of work for the price you’re paying for your meal. And last, the service was horrible. Our waitress never came back after she dropped off the food, to the point we just added up the price and left money on the table. She was nice but completely forgot about us.Would be willing to try again in a couple months to see if they’ve worked out the kinks.

By all means I had a positive mindset when trying this place but once I started to order my drink is when it went down hill. Place wasn’t very busy when I came in so I sat at the bar, now with that being said is I ordered a mix drink which they served in a wine glass and without ice so it was luke warm. I then waited 15 mins for the bartender to take my order which is no biggy but at times she wasn’t doing much. I order mozzarella sticks and Alferado which came in a good amount of time however I could smell the garlic when they brought the plate over. Now when i ordered this food is I ordered a sweet tea which I never got. Back to the food.. mozzarella sticks were just your typical appetizer but the Alferdo was absolutely awful due to it being too garlicky and it had pieces of onions in it which just made it taste worst. I still never got my sweet tea but luckily they didn’t charge me for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Thiago’s Review: Excellent addition to Heath! I only had one meal, but the menu is expansive and looks very good! Pizza is the best I’ve had locally. Love the home made dough! Will be back for more…so long Pappy’s ?

Took family visiting from out of town to try out the new place. The food was awful, service just as bad, and they had no plates or utensils. Ordered chicken parm with a side of Alfredo. Even though the size of the chicken was a decent size. It was over cooked, had better sauce from a can, and the alfredo sauce had no flavor at all. Even the buttered noodles my youngest ordered wasn’t good. Father did order Shrimp and they were crispy, but needed some seasoning. Husband had the calzone and he said he doesn’t feel like they ever made a calzone before. Hopefully they get it figured out soon, we will give it a shot again in a few months to give them a chance to work out the bugs. But It’s a shame, pappys will be missed.

Amy, our server did an excellent job, efficient and friendly. I had their whole 4 topping built your own pizza. Great taste with plenty of toppings requested. I'll get it again it was that good! My wife had their Penne Shrimp and Scallop dish with a cream sauce, she loved it. Big portions on both dishes, enough for a leftover meal at home.

The service was very poor. This is marginal American Italian food served in a sports bar atmosphere. It took an hour to get 1 appetizer, that came after other food was ordered and delivered to the table. The breadsticks were served to the table in a disposable tin. You can get better American Italian food down the road at Olive Garden.

Ordered Steak was out. Lasonga was out. Cod basket was out. My 4th choice pizza was blah. Just a tip if someone calls an order in and you don't have the first couple things offer a discount. The pizza was like 17 dollars for a medium basically. Salad was lettuce and a pepper in a tin pan. Pathetic. Don't waste your money at this dump.
