Worst subway I’ve ever been to.Terrible customer service, dirty floors, horrible parking lot that had several work trucks blocking customer places. Tall blonde woman was rude to me and was offended because I didn’t laugh at her “joke”. She came off of the floor and put gloves on to serve customers. Don’t know when hands were washed last. Saw her touching tables and her phone while complaining about the Granville manager that is coming to her location.As an administrative assistant I WILL NOT be ordering my team (catering for 40) subway again. We will HAPPILY go to jimmy johns across the street.Pretty sure owners were sitting there witnessing everything.

Beside being filthy the customer service is horrible. Was not even addressed until we had been standing in front of the counter for over 10 minutes. Three people working behind the counter two of them working on a phone order. When we did get waited on we waited another 5 mins for someone to check us out....was going to buy cookies but the case looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. My bf got Buffalo chicken ..that actually had bones in it?! His flat bread was more of a tortilla. He had it warmed by the time we got home it was hard as a rock. My sandwich bread was as hard as a rock I couldn't even eat it. Will not return.

A gentleman came in behind me and placed his order. The tall, blonde, female employee who said she was from New York took the gentleman’s order. He stated his order, she did not hear him. He stated his order again. She did not hear him once again. The gentleman had to stay his order 5 times and got a little agitated as could understand. The employee stated he was a “snarky little fella “. The gentleman apologized and stated he was not trying to be snarky, but he was deaf and that may be why he was a little quiet.She then smiled and said it was OK. When she passed the sandwich over to the next employee, she looked at her in front of us customers and stated “He’s a quiet little guy. Make sure you listen.”Oh my gosh did I feel secondhand embarrassment for this gentleman. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

I received Subway coupons in the mail so I went to this location. I was then told that they don't accept coupons. What kind of customer relations is this? To make matters worse, there was another price increase. What use to be a $5 Footlong is now $7.99. On the other hand, the sub I received was great!

Horrible experience last night. Extremely long wait, no wheat bread, no roast beef. Then I find out they don't except coupons anymore. I left without my sub. This used to be my favorite store, but I will not be back. Absolutely horrendous!!!
Coming here was simply a breathe of fresh air! I haven't had the best experiences going out to fast-food places recently because of the generally "bad-mood" employees who sometimes seem to not care BUT in this particular establishment the employees aren't only nice but also full of personality. Especially Taleha, she's always been there recently whenever I show up and has just been a general delight.

We had 100% the best experience at this location ever!!! Paige made our sandwiches perfectly. She was friendly, helpful and made me want to eat here all the time. I use to eat jersey mikes and will be switching to subway because of this amazing experience! She was even patient enough to let my 6 year old build her own sandwich!! Their customer service is world class and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!
I love going to subway on Herbon rd in Heath because there is an awesome lady named Charlie who works there that is so nice and takes care of me and my boyfriend when we come in she is what keep us coming in makes are food great!!!

This store is not paying its employees. In fact, several past employees haven't even filled out their tax information paperwork. Once discovered the store tried to pay them under the table at a rate of two or three dollars an hour. When confronted about it, they threatened physical harm and violence. One circumstance led to an order of protection. Do not support businesses such as this

The older lady at the Subway in Heath..I believe her name is Molly..idk,but she is completely rude and irritable towards customers. She is very unprofessional when handling a customer.
